Alex is very friendly and reliable. He came promptly for service and diagnosed the problem about compressor. He the worked on it and found
a leak in freon and fix that problem it too . He is very professional that I will recommend to anyone.

If you need an AC repairman then call Positive Plumbing, Heating, and AC. I used this company twice for AC issues and both times were a great experience. I used them five years ago. Alex was very responsive. He came and fixed the issue quickly and was reasonably priced. Just recently during the lockdown, there was a heatwave and all of a sudden my ac stopped working during the weekend. I did not want anyone in the house but it was too hot not to fix the ac. I called Positive Plumbing on a Sunday. Alex answered the call and scheduled an appointment on Monday, the next day. After a short discussion, he told me he knew what was likely wrong. He showed up the next day on time. I even got a courtesy call before he arrived. He had a mask and booties. He was able to get the ac working again in about ten minutes and was reasonably priced. Great service! I highly recommend this company!

Alex was awesome! I called in a panic when our air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave. He was referred to us from a well-known commercial AC company. He was busy, but made time for us. He thoroughly explained the issue and attempted a "fix-it" solution to get us through the summer. Ultimately, we needed to replace our 25 year + AC unit, but I was impressed with the time he took to get the best price for us. Alex made it happen quickly, stayed in excellent communication with us , showed up when he said he would--all with a pleasant demeanor. I absolutely, 100% recommend Alex.

Great crew with excellent manners, on time, very clean work area. We used Alex and his team to replace air ducts and AC unit. They took great consideration of figuring out the amount of air flow in the house. The new AC unit is very quiet and the entire house is nice and cold. One of our room would get so little air before. Now it is nice and cold and it becomes our favorite room. We will be recommending Positive plumbing, heating and AC for AC and Heater work or maintenance. Alex really bailed us out this time. Our A/C quit in the middle of this last heat wave. I called Alex and somehow they found the capacity to come out the same day and fixed the problem immediately. My poor Dogs couldn't have taken another day of oppressive heat in the house. IMHO, these guys truly know their stuff and are really honest as well. No extra charges and no attempts to upsell you additional equipment or services. They have really earned our business!

I got a new HEAT PUMP installed in my Garage ADU UNIT. Alex helped me understand what kind of system best suits the space and the best location and access too. I enquired the same with at least 10 companies and everyone were really expensive and didn’t have a firm response. Alex finished the job in two days and made sure I am happy with the service before he sent me the invoice. Glad I found a good guy who keeps his word in this current era. 100% Recommend.

We’ve used Positive Plumbing, Heating and Air for years now. Alex first installed a new AC compressor for our own home. Then my mom needed a new furnace, new ducts, etc so Alex did all that for her. Our rental units have needed maintenance, repair and replacement and we’ve always circled back to Positive. The value, workmanship, quality have always been very good.
