The Tehnician was very friendly, honest, knowledgeable and explained things very well. He worked quickly and solved my A/C problem. If i have future A/C needs in my house or I'll wait next year to purchase .I will definitely be calling GQ ,but thanks to the remarkable help I received from Owner Ray giving me installed price for new system using Hero finance program and my first payment until Dec with no down payment.

We had an exceptional experience dealing with GQ Heating and Air. They came right out and diagnosed our AC problem. It was determined that we required a new unit, not hard to understand after over 20yrs of usage. They gave us a very competitive price with no haggling.

Installers arrived within a couple of days to set up our split unit (AC and furnace). We had some minor damage to our attic entry, but after calling them up they took care of it immediately. The customer service (always answered our calls no matter the time), service guy (very straight forward and felt like he really cared about our problems; even provided multiple estimates depending on what we wanted or could afford to get done) and overall customer first practices have made them our first call going forward for AC and heating issues.

I had issues with both of my ac systems. I contacted Guaranteed Quality Heating and Air last year. Ray came to inspect the system they replaced both furnaces and all ductwork. I am very pleased with their work and price. Last year, my system worked perfect in summer and winter time. I have a piece of mind going through the next summer heatwave. Their employees were on time and respectful and they kept their workplace clean so I did not have to clean after them. I will highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

Filemon arrived right on time this a.m. He did an excellent job of cleaning and lighting my wall furnace. He explained things very thoroughly so we could understand the process. Will defiantly ask for him the next time we need service.

Brandon did a wonderful job explaining the situation for us. After going through several different options he outlined the best way to get the work done. Christopher with Guaranteed Quality and Air did a great job tuning up our HVAC system, and was pleasant to talk to. He was willing to answer any questions, explain the benefits of what he was doing, and made it easy to understand.

Technician by the name of Brandon Rodriguez came out for service and maintenance on our furnace/AC. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process in detailed. He was very professional and provided us with different options not just one. He made the process really comfortable for us and easy for us to make a decision. If you want an honest and knowledgeable technician, Brandon is your guy.

After I was told by the gas Company that I needed a new heater I called several places and James winter was the first one to respond and have his guys here immediately not only to inspect and give me an estimate of what would need to be done but when I asked if they could do it Now on that same day all he said was absolutely! They worked throughout the day to install my new unit , Gave me an excellent price and got it in before the rain started. After five days of my house being freezing it is wonderful to have someone as dedicated to helping their customers as they are at GQ heating and air. The rain started pouring down less than 24 hours after my new heater was installed and I love it. It is quiet it’s cycles on and off so the temperature stays exactly what I set it at and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone who wants excellent work done. I have already given their name and number to all of my neighbors that have the same exact heating unit and actually had three of them in my house to look at the new unit that I had installed.If I could give them more than a five star rating I definitely would because they deserve it! I am always critical these days about quality of service and honesty from any business or sales representative. Trust and honesty are not as easy to find as was the case years ago. Hence customer satisfaction suffers. I liked the reviews for GQ and had them install my Mini-split system. They did a fantastic and perfect job for me. I got what I paid for plus the comfort that they stand to their word -They do what they say.

My system went down and I called Friday just before closing and was told I’d be contacted Monday with a service time. I know because of the weather and the short notice, that the service calendar had to be already full. Come Monday, I was told the technician would be out by 3pm- Thank you James!! The service Technician Jason, made it by 2pm and we were again up and running! Thank you Jason for making the experience a pleasure and for your expertise. My call was a under warranty - No cost to me. That’s important since my service time could easily have been more profitably spent with a paying customer.

Christopher did a fabulous job of identifying issues, assisting my getting acquainted with my new smart thermostat. Have had Guaranteed Quality assisting me throughout the years and am more than satisfied with their service.

I had 3 other diagnosis from 3 other companies and due to Paul’s handling of this bid, the personal attention he gave me, and the work needed, Guaranteed won the job. Even the tenant commented on the workmanship, and how the installer was so meticulous about picking up behind himself. 5 stars to GQHA!

Professional, polite and pricing that is affordable. Did a quick drain repair years ago and called them again for some additional maintenance. Tony really listened to what we wanted for our heating and cooling system. He sent Jose and Anthony on a Saturday to swap out out AC ducts. Neat, careful, thoughtful and considerate. A great experience. We will hire again.

Everyone involved in installing scrubber and duct system was courteous, respectful and hard-working. They also did a good job cleaning up after they finished the work. While looking for a reasonable HVAC repair in Placentia area, rcvd call from Guaranteed Quality and told them that switching from heat to air was unresponsive. I was told for a reasonable price I would have a diagnosis from a tech within the next 24 hours, a wonderful response time. the tech arrived ON TIME and a quick review diagnosed the problem with a very old HVAC system. He was able to save our system and provide some relief while preparing us for the possibility of needing a new system within the next 2-3 yrs. From customer service with James to the repair tech Brandon, all interactions where professional and appropriate making us feel comfortable with the repairs being done and what the future would require. All very timely from the first contact to the finished repair.

I wanted to tune up my two units just because I felt they needed it and Joshua was amazing! He came out quickly and on time. Once he was here he went through my AC system, performed his services, rechecked my system, and then gave me some future options to consider without pressuring me. Josh and the lady over the phone who took my payment (SO PLEASANT), I appreciate the customer service, professionalism, honesty, and just all-around good public relations. The gentleman who booked the appointment picked up the phone on a Friday around 5pm which impressed me 😆 They set the appointment easily and texted to confirm the night before. The repair man showed up promptly and was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He also fixed the issue which was a leaking air conditioner unit. Definitely recommend!

My home is just 6 years shy of being a century old and as such it provided a number of difficulties to solve. My floor furnace was 35 years old and was needing some expensive repairs that were not worth it so GQ offered me a better wall furnace that was modern and up to date and provides more even heat distribution in my home than the one floor unit. The age of the house and some venting issues arose that needed to be overcome and their two workers were adept at finding solutions and kept me apprised as to what and why they were making the changes they recommended. I soon realized that their work is very difficult to perform but their two technicians were relentless at overcoming each issue.
I also wanted the wall unit to blend with the original design of both adjoining rooms in terms of cabinet designs and moldings around them. For this purpose they were able to link me with one of their remodeling experts who did excellent work as well in getting the obsolete moldings duplicated using more modern wood sizes so that the heater blended in well with the original design of the two rooms it served. I am very pleased.

Bill came out to my condo and offered several options for repairing my system. I felt confident that he was honest in his assessment and bid. He answered all my questions and it never felt like a "hard sale", which I appreciate. I was extremely impressed with the installers. They worked straight though until my new system was in place. They even provided protective covering on my hardwood floors while they worked. I'm loving the fact that I now have a smart thermostat as well!

Unbelievably affordable and efficient. The service technician (Joshua) arrived on time early Sunday morning for our scheduled appointment. He was professionally dressed, wore a mask, and shoe covers. He went to the attic, viewed our electrical panel, and made an assessment. GQ started and finished the complete a/c installation job by the following Tuesday. No loafing on the job, no mess left behind and so far so good with our new a/c unit. GQ is a diamond in the rough. I am happy to say they diffused my previous reservations about hiring a construction contractor for a/c installation. Shout out to Angi's for the referral!!!!!!

Filemón came out to clean and tune up my HVAC system. He was professional and very personable. He did a thorough job of inspecting the system, making sure to give me tips on best practices to keep the system always running the most efficient and to ensure I get many more years of trouble free operation. He also gave me an excellent tip on installing a gable fan to keep the attic cooler, which will keep the house cooler and reduce my overall energy costs. I have a gable fan on order as a result and will install it next weekend.

Sales provided quote for exactly what I requested and made reasonable suggestions. Installers arrived when expected, were clean, tidy and respectful. Especially making sure my front door was always closed, per my request. I will recommend them to my friends and family.
