The kitchen faucet handle became loose and difficult to control. Their plumber tightened the internal mounting and replaced a worn component. The handle now moves smoothly. Everything feels secure again. I would call again if needed.

Contracted Pristine out again for a water heater replacement, and whole house water filter. And they did not fail to exceed expectations once again. Drew came out made sure all the fittings were tight and sturdy, the job looked extremely clean, he made sure the pipes were installed neatly, man I was impressed! Highly recommend these guys!

Last night at 9:45 my water heater exploded. I called Pristine Plumbing & a person answered the call & within 30 minutes a technician, Todd, was at my house. He was able to shut off the water & this morning he was back at my house with an assistant, Jeff, & they were amazing. The job they did is perfect. Todd & Jeff were professional, knowledgeable and their attention to detail is unheard of today; they did an impeccable job. A++. Recommend this company 100%.

Had an issue with Mixet cartridge and decided to convert to Moen. Plumber Layon was punctual, clean, professional and thorough in his work. He also cleaned up afterwards. I could tell he was a professional plumber--well trained. Two thumbs way up👍👍. **Side note: It is a bit pricey but as they say, " You get what you pay for..." and I got the best👌

The service itself was great. Getting responses from the scheduler was very difficult, and I had to follow up several times to see if a part came in. When I got ahold of her, they had the part, but nobody called. That said, it is fixed, the technician did a great job, and we are good.

Had a great great experience! The technician Andrew Jacobs was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. The toilet situation I had was not the best to walk into but he handled with expert care. Any plumbing needs I’ll be sure to call here again!

I’ve had 4 plumbing companies come by for their “visual consultation” as I had low water pressure throughout the house. Each plumber that came by gave me a different solution which I respect since it can prove to be difficult without a full diagnosis. Pristine sends me Angel Ruiz, who did me a SOLID and easily stood out from the rest. He went above and beyond to explain things to me. Come to find out my pressure regulator was set to a low pressure setting by my previous plumber and a simple tweak fixed the issue, no charge. I went back to my previous plumber and he recommended ~$2k fix that I apparently did not need. All 4 plumbers came by and did not even bother to check the pressure of the house at all and provided me quotes for $1,650 - $3,000 for things I didn’t need.

Finding a trustworthy plumber is hard to find and I just found mine. It honestly felt like a friend that was coming by to help me out. I’ll be utilizing Pristine Plumbing for all my plumbing needs moving forward. Ask for my boy Angel!

Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this company!! We had a simple kitchen sink plug which took them 10-15min to snake and they charged us $525 🤦‍♀️🤬
We could have bought a 75ft snake off Amazon for $349 and did it ourselves and kept the snake for future use.. TALK ABOUT PRICE GOUGING😡
Do yourself a favor….Call a different company! There’s a plumber on every corner

After seeing my review the company called me and offered to refund $125 but I informed them that charging $400 is still PRICE GOUGING and a RIP OFF for a 10 min simple sink clog.
They eventually refunded 50% of what they charged me so they refunded $263. Honestly paying $263 for a simple 10 min sink clog is still a RIP OFF if you ask me!!

Fix leak beneath kitchen sink. Very polite and knowledgeable technician and took time to check every detail and was honest about his assessment of problem. Fixed the leak and ensure more plaster around the leak etc. have always has very excellent and reliable service with staffs from Pristine Plumbing and will continue to use them. Thanks.

Excellent company. Feels like a small business, which is hard to Now of days. I would definitely recommend. They were available immediately very flexible on scheduling and helped my husband out and didn’t even charge him.
