Pristine plumbing is a very professionally operated company with highy skilled plumbers, Ryan who installed our tankless water tank goes above and beyond.
They have done several plumbing jobs in our neighborhood and everyone is happy and love referring them to other neighbors.

Andres from Pristine came and had a camera insepction for us, while previous plumber claimed that they could not even put the camera inside the pipe. From the moment he arrived, Andres was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the process. The camera inspection was thorough and provided us with clear visuals of the pipes, which helped us understand exactly what was going on and what might need attention.

Pristine Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing call for nearly 10 years. For emergencies, they are super responsive and kind with their response, which is an underrated feature that people need when having a plumbing emergency. Their plumbers are professional, personable, and good at what they do. They always leave the worksite clean. For me, the reliability of Pristine Plumbing’s service and professionalism are the reason I keep coming back.

the repairman that came to my house was absolutely amazing. He was Extremely efficient, knew exactly what needed to be done and even took the time to look at my toilets to see what they could do to fix them. I would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing.

Andrew Jacobs was our technician, and was knowledgeable and friendly. Bonus points that he was also very nice to my dog. The issue was diagnosed very quickly and options for resolution were presented. We won’t hesitate to use Pristine Plumbing again, and if we do we’ll request Andrew!

Oscar came to my house. He was on time. He did a very thorough job. Didn’t take him too long came out fantastic. Very happy with the service that I got from Oscar and pristine.

We had an emergency main blockage with root intrusion. We use Prisitine for all of our plumbing issues. They sent out Ryan for consultation. Ryan was professional, informative, and knowledgeable. He was very detailed and made us feel we were in good hands. He and Justin handled our repair which was a good size project in one. Had Johnny come out to install a new water pressure regulator for the main line at my home. He was very professional, honest, and clean with his work. The job was done quickly and everything looks great. It’s hard to find someone who takes pride in doing things the right way—shoutout to Johnny for an awesome job! Highly recommend.

Ryan was very thorough, explained how the new water filter system works and gave detailed instructions. Ryan kept me updated on the delivery of the system and everything was seem less.

Their customer service while initially inquiring about their services were impeccable. The gentlemen who came out to give us an estimate were also top notch!

Everybody was very helpful and courteous. The 2 plumbers were highly educated and informative. They would've had my business, but the service I need has a very tight budget. They really make the customer feel like they come first.

The only reason. Why I didn't go with them is strictly because of cost. I don't believe it should cost $1000-$1500 to install a whole house filtration system attached.

Pristine Plumbing responded when my water company told me they detected a leak on my property. Pristine quickly located the leak (in my mainline between the street and the house) and then worked lengthy hours the next day to compete the entire replacement in that line and install of a water filter for the house. Ryan was outstanding to work with - including being very responsive the next day when a small issue came to light. Simon and Angel were also very professional, polite and hard working. They worked hard to put the lawn back together and protect the plants in the area too, annd left everything clean. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and will call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Ryan came and helped us diagnose our water heater issue and did a full replacement all in one day. He was patient and explained everything, answering all our questions clearly and in detail. If you can get Ryan L. that guy is a superstar! Would highly recommend this service to anyone!

I had a terrible ceiling leak in the middle of the night. Called PP immediately as I’d used them in the past for my water heater. They scheduled a quick meeting and got everything sorted out. Dwain/Kevin and Danielle were a gem and got me a good deal for the fix and repairs. A very happy holiday to their team!

Had a great experience, we had a minor leak under our kitchen sink and Elias came and fixed it within 30 minutes. I called several other plumbing companies, but they were either all booked up with it being Christmas Eve or we're gonna charge $400 to come out as an emergency rush request. Pristine was able to get someone over within an hour, and they do free estimates so they don't charge you just to come out like some of the other companies I called.

We had water heater issues and called Pristine Plumbing, they sent out a young man named Brian Hoisington, he was prompt, thorough, efficient, and courteous. We paid what we expected, no surprises, and gave us quotes for future work. We are very pleased with his work and professionalism

Super happy with the deal I got to have my water heater flushed. They had a deal for $99 and were finished within 20 to 25 minutes! Angel Was the gentleman who came out and he was professional, efficient, and friendly. The other thing I liked is that he admitted that they would not be able to get me a new faucet for my kitchen any cheaper than I would but they would, of course be able to install it. He didn’t pressure me, and that was the icing on the cake! I’m sick of plumber’s coming out and telling me things that I need to have done that I find out later I didn’t have to! I feel that Pristine lives up to their other reviews, that they are honest! I will certainly use them in the future!
