During the first weekend after New Year's, I had a water leak from my upstairs bathroom that caused damage to the ceiling of my downstairs family room. I had several plumbing companies stop by to give me repair quotes, but Andres from Pristine Plumbing really impressed me. He was the only one who told me that, in order to give me a more accurate free estimate, he would need to cut a small hole in the damaged ceiling, to get a better idea of where the leak could be coming from.

Once Andres determined that my upstairs toilet was leaking due to a broken sewer system, he calculated estimates for three reasonably-priced plumbing repair options that I could choose from. He also told me that Pristine Plumbing works closely with a highly-reputable property damage restoration company that could give me a quote to do the drywall and other non-plumbing related repairs that was caused by the water leak. Andres coordinated with the technician at the restoration company to have both of them together at my house later that same day, so that they could coordinate the next steps to make all the necessary repairs. That sure saved me a lot of time and headaches! Within three days, Andres and his colleague completed the plumbing repairs.

Throughout the whole process, Andres and the Pristine Plumbing staff were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Thank you, Andres and Pristine Plumbing for all your hard work! Job well done!

Our experience was excellent. From making estimate appointment with friendly service, getting updated with photos of who would be arriving and then excellent communication on the part of our plumber about what needed to be done. It was smooth and the quality of their work improved what we previously had. The head plumber was so kind and went out of his way to make it a pleasant experience.

They guys were great and very professional. The job was larger than expected but they got it done and got my water to my house back on in one day. Replaced the entire main from the meter to the house regulator.

Honest and fantastic service! I have Been using Pristine for over 10 years and highly recommend them for plumbing needs. I recently had services for a clogged sink and then decided to install the Halo water filtration. Brian is very knowledgeable and excellent in follow up. I was so busy I didn’t make the appointments I needed to, but Brian reached out and made everything so easy. I finally installed the water filtration with both Justin and Brian completing the services making it smooth and convenient for me. A pleasure to work with and professional. The most amazing part was that to thank me for my business, they even gave me a complementary repair that saved me $500! That was not expected and just shows how they value customers over making quick profit. This is one company that makes you feel good about giving them your business.

Jim is a very experienced and professional technician. Our gas line was too long, and I had a hard time finding the right person who could safely cut and install it for our fire pit. Even our contractor and another plumbing company said they couldn’t do it, and their explanations made me feel concerned about safety.

But Jim helped me today and installed everything. Since it’s a gas line, safety is very important, and he clearly has the knowledge and skills to handle it properly. He fixed the issue and made sure everything was done right. Now our fire pit is finally working, and it looks amazing.

Best plumbing service I’ve ever had the opportunity of meeting and helping with servicing my property. Super down to earth real people with top notch, professionalism. It’s never fun or ideal needing to deal with massive plumbing issues, but these guys are changing the game on what should be expected from your plumbing service company. Dwain Bush (Service manager) Initially came out and was extremely cordial and respectful to me and everyone in my residence. He was able to easily explain the step-by-step process and assured me that we will get everything figured out and sorted. His calm and determined demeanor allowed me to put my mind at ease and trust in their process. I then had the pleasure of being able to meet Ryan Lee and Simon Bedebone (two more exceptional members of the A-Team) who were just as amazing, extremely knowledgeable and stayed late into the evening, dedicated on providing remedy to my plumbing situation with exponential customer service. They nailed it! They not only took care of my plumbing needs, but also educated me on what caused the problem was, the condition of the water flowing through the pipes of my house and ways for me to mitigate future potential issues that could arise with a few simple fixes and filtration systems. Thank you, Pristine Plumbing and keep crushing it out there👍🏼.

Kevin did a fantastic job. I had a custom reverse osmosis installation setup and he completed it flawlessly. He would test and identify potential issues and leaks every step of the way and figure out solutions for them. He's also extremely knowledgeable yet humble and easy to talk to at the same time. It was a pleasure to interact with him.

The team overall is extremely professional from the almost 24/7 support helpline to the free assessment to the actual work being implemented. Clearly a very professional and well managed company with highly talented individuals.

The cost was also well in line with the expectations for this type of job and it was fairly priced.

I can see now why Pristine Plumbing was highly recommended by Gemini.
