Herbert came to my house and gave me a free estimate which was very important to me since my house is not fully carpeted. He gave me a great price and we set the time for the work to be done. He showed up on time and was very professional and my carpet came out looking great. Even better than it did with a previous carpet cleaning service. I highly recommend this company I know I will call them again when needed.

Herbert was awesome. Very thorough and explained everything up front. Did a very detailed cleaning and paid extra attention on furniture protection. Made it very known just by observation that he had been doing this for a while and cares about his clients..We will definitely use again.

My experience with Herbert and Extreme Carpet in La Verne was excellent from start to finish. I called today, and they were able to provide same-day service, which I really appreciated. From the initial phone call to setting up the appointment and completing the work, everything was seamless. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to achieve the best possible results. My carpet was in rough shape—I had even considered replacing it after getting a quote for new carpet. Instead, I decided to try professional cleaning first, and I’m so glad I did! My carpets look amazing, and I’ll definitely be scheduling annual cleanings from now on.

Herbert was friendly over the phone and in person. He was able to give me a quote and clean my sectional the same day. He took into account the fact that the sectional fabric was about 50 years old and suggested a light steam (versus heavy) to ensure the fabric wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated his professionalism and and promptness in scheduling me. The sectional is much more fresh and he was able to remove a stain on it as well as a ton of pet hair from the previous owner. Would highly recommend.

5 stars is not enough. martha and her crew provide service that is simply above and beyond. We feel very lucky to have found these guys. If you're looking for cleaning service in the glendora / la verne are you owe it to yourself to use you've got maids.

Very disappointed with the "service" of this company. I set up the appointment days in advance. I gave the gentleman the door code to enter the house. Once it was time to perform the cleaning no one had the code. They tried to call me once and did not leave a vm. Since I was at work I could not answer right away.
I called them back and finally got a hold of someone, she said they couldn't get in the house. I told her there was a door code. She did apologize and said they would send the crew back out the next day. Weeeeelllll the next morning I woke to a text saying they had to cancel my cleaning service for the day!!!

Very professional. The crew that Yovana sent me was on time (she texts me 30 minutes prior to arrival), good explanation of services and good pricing. Booking process is very easy and convinient. You can pay by card. Extremely pleased.

The team showed up on time and did a good job on what they did. But some of the promised cleaning points (in their 52 pt system) were not attempted. I feel I got a good regular clean but paid the up charge for a deep clean. Contacted them and was told I’d get a call back. A week later, no call.

was referred to yovana at you've got maids by rona in their glendale office after they saved the day. my project in chino was wrapping up and needed three custom homes fully cleaned after construction, these guys did everything including exterior high windows. so glad you can call a company that can exceed your expectations. i think we found our go to company.

Hired yovana and her girls for the initial 52 point deep cleaning, i must say i am very impressed with this company. i have had a few over the years but yovana was very professional, came out to my house to give me an estimate, ran me through the process and her field team did an awesome job. thanks will be calling again.

They went above and beyond in the limited amount of time they spent at our house and they cleaned much more than what we asked of them. I am a new customer and I'm VERY happy. Rosemary came to the house to get things set up and it was a very easy process. The girls come every other week and leave my house so clean. They literally clean every inch of each room.. even my blinds, window sills and baseboards. I was nervous at first because I've never had a cleaning service but Rocio and her assistant are very professional and sweet. They're fast, efficient and are so kind to our dogs even though our puppy won't leave them alone because she's so excited to see them. So happy I chose Molly Maid.

Le Verne’s team 15 Marcella and Elizabeth did a fantastic detail job on our house from top to bottom! The bathrooms and kitchen sparkled after the cleaning.

Marcela and Marina, team 15 arrived 10 minutes early, and after I gave them a quick tour of the house I explained to them that I needed some deeper cleaning done. Ceiling fans, baseboards, window sills, tiles in my shower. To my expectations, they worked together beautifully and paid close attention to detail with everything they cleaned. I was very pleased with the end result. This was my first time using their service, and I will call them again in the future. Worth the money.
