Just wanted to share - Molly maid team have made my life a lot better less stress - maintaining my home clean and spotless. Thanks to Marcela & Elizabeth. They have been great!

I am very impressed with team 20 that cleaned my home today. They did a five star job! No complaints. They were friendly and very conscientious with their cleaning. Team 20 was amazing!

I also can’t say enough about the fantastic customer service Valarie Guzman has given me. From the initial interview to great communication for the past couple of months. She’s very easy to work with. Great employee! 😊

I've had two services so far with Angelica & Cristina (route #10), and I am so pleased & thankful for the great work they do in my home. They are both so kind & detailed in everything they do. I truly appreciate them both & will definitely book future dates with them. I highly recommend these incredibly lovely ladies, they are the best.

I love Molly Maid and have been with them for years and lucky enough to have two of the best of their team. Juliana and Betty are great at their job and leave my house spotless.

They did a very good job cleaning the kitchen, Master and guest bathroom at our rental property, the wife and I are very pleased.

I had team #15 Marcela and Marina come and they did such an amazing job
I had hard water build up on my shower and tried everything to get it off and couldn’t
They came and got it all off and it looks like a brand new shower
They were so nice and polite and I will definitely have them come back

Molly Maid of La Verne has only provided excellent service. They have helped me with whatever I have asked for and assisted me with whatever incidentals have popped up. They have also diligently pointed out issues that I did not know about, which could then be taken care of.

My warehouse has never been so clean and I am usually the one cleaning it; THANK YOU! I look forward to seeing your team bi- monthly!

I have used the services of Molly Maids before and have always been pleased with their results. This time I was fortunate to have Molly Maids send me Desiree and Trina. They were a dynamic duo! They hustled and scrubbed, dusted and vacuumed until my place sparkled. My oven and fridge were so clean they looked like new! I even joked that I could sell them as unused! They did a marvelous job on the move out two hour special. No matter what your cleaning needs may be, call Molly Maids and ask them to send Desiree and Trina from the La Verne office. You will be glad you did!

I would not recommend this company. I’ve had to have them come out three separate times with them still not completing all the items listed in their scope. I had to call them back to complete basic tasks like wiping down doors, cleaning blinds, dusting window seals, and cleaning inside kitchen cabinets. I’ve expressed my concerns and even submitted pictures which you would think they would make sure they do a better job after the first call back, but nope.Not happy with their service and $300 went down the drain. I ended up having to redo the place myself since this clean was a move out/ move in clean.

Do not use their services!

Very conscientious and very professional. We’re always satisfied with the way the house looks feels and smells when the team is done. I would highly recommend them.

Just had MOLLY MAID cleaning my mother's house in Ontario. (The route 17 girls) did an excellent job! Would call them again.

Do not recommend this service. 2 hours at $300 for the bare minimum and not even that. We decided to go with a maid service while moving into our new house because we were overwhelmed with everything else, so I thought it would be nice to treat ourselves and get some of the work done for us. Completely empty house, no furniture, no nothing. All I asked was that the (2) bathrooms get deep cleaned and that all the cabinets/closets get wiped out because of all the dust and dirt so it can be move-in ready. The lady assured me on the phone that 2 hours would be plenty because they’re sending a team of 2. The women showed up on time and were very nice and polite so I was excited. I offered them water, had the heat turned on for them and everything since it was cold. I again relayed all what I needed and they said it was no issue and they even offered to mop the floors and wipe the blinds if there was time. I agreed but reminded the priority was the cabinets and the bathrooms and I left. I came back to check in an hour into it and the one woman was wiping the blinds already so I assumed they were done with most of what I needed. I noticed though the kitchen cabinets were not wiped out yet, and as there was a paint ladder and some paint cans in the center of the floor, I ASKED her should I move them but she said no they’re not in the way. Again I left. I came back at the time I was supposed to and they were already gone. No phone call, nothing. (They say in the beginning that you can pay cash at the end to avoid the card on file fee but I guess I didn’t get the option.) When I tell you they did not touch one cabinet or closet, it was exactly the same. The only noticeable difference was the toilets but only the inside not the outside which again I asked beforehand if they did and they said yes. The blinds were kind of wiped and the floor was mopped but not swept beforehand and you can tell. I called up very upset and the owner Steve called me back and at first was apologetic but then switched gears into basically saying the house wasn’t “cleaner ready” with construction around which was just not true. If it was an issue they could have communicated that when I was there. No offer of refund, just excuses and a promise that next time they’ll make me happy. No offer of even a discount for future. I wasn’t even going to write this review but then tonight I saw my bathtub was not even touched and that was the last straw. Cleaning services should be just that, CLEANING. I don’t know if it’s California or what but maids out here only know how to tidy up an already clean house. I actually felt bad complaining in the first place but I definitely don’t anymore, I want to help people save their money. Very disappointed.

We have been with Molly Maids for 15 years and love Team #2! These ladies are efficient, trustworthy, and like clockwork on arrival. They even noticed that one of our fur babies was missing and asked about him (he had recently passed). Everything is always put back in its place and it feels great to have a clean home (especially when you didn't have to clean it). I'm only sorry I have not come here to leave reviews sooner, they truly are amazing women, Molly Maids is lucky to have them!

We used Molly Maid for our cleaning needs. Cleaning team #10 did an amazing job. I highly recommend Karla and Chirtina. They did a wonderful job. Id use them again

Today was my first time using them and they did such a wonderful job in the two hours my apartment. Looks like it did when I first moved in. I will definitely be using them again.

My wife and I had both suffered some injuries this year and needed extra help getting our house in order. The Molly Maid team went above and beyond our expectations in some of the areas we needed help with. Everything looks great and we are able to enjoy our home again! Should things work out, we may have a recurring monthly visit with Molly Maid!

I had Marcella and Lorena do a wonderful cleaning job. They were there for 4 hours because it needed a lot of deep cleaning. They were extremely thorough and my home is immaculate! They were both so friendly and helpful. Even helped me with my Murphy bed. I highly recommend them both. I will ask for them the next time.

I have had Molly Maid of LaVerne cleaning my house for over 2 years now. Pita and Crystal are great. They are always so cheerful and friendly and do a great job cleaning. They always check to make sure if I have anything else I need done before they leave. I always look forward to their smiling faces and great attitudes, and a sparkling clean home after they have been here.

Great cleaning job for the Lunar New Year’s 2026. My wife was very pleased because I don’t clean that well for the New Year.
