They came on time as they promised the gentleman was very cordial and friendly and was very clear about what the problem was and fixed it properly. They fixed my dryer, which is clogged with sand and such and also made recommendations to keep it clean

My LG front-load washer started acting up last week – it was making this awful grinding noise during the spin cycle, and I was staring at a pile of dirty soccer uniforms with no backup plan. I called Raptor Appliance Repair in Orange County around 10 AM on Monday, and their tech was at my door by early afternoon. The guy was super prepared, had the exact drive belt for my LG model in his van, and got to work right away. Took him about 25 minutes to replace it, and he even ran a quick test cycle to make sure everything was spinning smoothly again.
He was friendly, explained how to keep an eye on the drum bearings to avoid future issues, and didn’t leave a speck of dirt behind. My washer’s back to its quiet, efficient self, and I dodged a laundromat trip. If you’re in Orange County and your appliance is giving you grief, these guys are legit – fast, no nonsense, and they know their stuff.

The Raptor tech was prompt, professional, very polite, and kept me updated by text. The fix was made quickly, once the part was received. I've used them before when our dishwasher was broken. They are my go-to company for appliance repairs.

My clothes dryer broke down and I had another company come out to service it. The technician never opened up the machine just told me it was old and needed to be replaced. I called Raptor for another opinion since they are familiar with the Whirlpool brand and they repaired it successfully. Granted it took 3 visits but ultimately, the dryer was repaired and works great.

We had a issue with our fridge, it started leaking from the bottom. Called a few local companies, but Raptor Appliance Repair offered the closest appointment. Overall very pleasant experience with the service. The technician was on time, was polite and had all of the parts in his track. Happy with the service and the price, certainly can recommend.

Terrible. The workers were rude to my neighbors and their work was poorly done and was not finished until 6 weeks past the scheduled completion date I was quoted. Worst experience ever!!!!

This company is a scam!! Stay away from this plac!! There acting like the care about the customer they don’t!!! I was a sub contractor for this place and was told to cut every corner possible so they can save money!!! Told me to try to get more money out of every customer because “ that what this business is about!!! Matt is a joke in every way!!! Stay away from this place they are being investigated as of today !!

RJM Solutions has been the worst experience, nightmare... First error, the date Rich was to start the remodel of bathroom, he didn't show or call. After several hour's he was called to ask what time he would be arriving. Received a text stating, I'm in school right now and will be for two day's, I'll call you on my lunch break, didn't call. A text was sent stating haven't heard back as yet, need to know when you're coming. A response text sent by RJM SOLUTIONS wife, "I told you I'd be in class for the next two day's!" Only to find out this wasn't Richard the GC, but his wife texting.. Then Richard called and said his wife had never given him the schedule??? Here was the start of blaming each other for not doing the right thing's... RJM SOLUTIONS hired non C54 to do the tiling, and Richard never supervised them. Tile cracked, forgot insert/niche in shower, then put wrong tile in it, the tile didn't get grouted on all surfaces, grout cracked, used the wrong color of grout on floor, mixed in white specks in grout, then didn't seal when he should have. Richard stated to my daughter through the weeks that followed, your grout has been sealed, he lied.. Richard sealed the grout without cleaning floor and sealed black marks all over new tile " he sealed large portions of the new tile... Drywall had a half inch gap from tile, and somehow the wall became uneven and large bumps on it. Painted two small walls and left that paint color on baseboards and door frame. Then he did a unauthorized charge to my daughter's credit card! Never completed repairs on the work he'd started or even finished what he had to do. Seven weeks later he calls my daughter to say he's taken out a permit, excuse me.. He was threatening her to say see if you like this, the inspector will tear down the wall's. From the day RJM SOLUTIONS started this remodel he pressured, down right bullied her to pay upfront 90 percent... Not only did RJM SOLUTIONS do shotty work, this company was unethical, abusive verbally. RJM SOLUTIONS has the wrong idea with this permit business, the city/state that issued him the license will penalize him for unauthorized charge to credit card, demanding 90 percent by third day of work" client bought products, he took more than six weeks on job and never completed it, then filed for permit after the fact trying to harm my daughter and her family.. Stay away from this company..

Great service and trustworthy! RJM has done work from drywall to baseboards to floor tiling to electrical for us with precision and integrity! Today they helped us get our furnace back up and running!!! Never thought we'd find a general contractor we could count on!

Richard came out and installed our wiring for our new above ground Jacuzzi. I received quotes from multiple people, Richard was competent had a clear plan and was very professional. We ran into an issue unrelated to his work and he actually had a solution to fix it! He is a problem solver. Very calm and caring! His office staff was so nice too!

RJM Solutions did a great job replacing a rear exterior wall and roof at my house in Anaheim. All phases of the project were completed on time with the only delay being a couple of rain days (couldn't stucco or paint in the rain). They identified and fixed the leak on the roof and matched the existing paint perfectly! Thank you RJM, I will be scheduling a meeting with you in the near future for a my bathroom remodel.

Just had some great work done at my offices by Richard and his team as well as my neighbors got their Block Wall done and Drywall work done. We had a huge plumbing issue that involved the city and he was able to work with them to get everything taken care of. Not sure what we would have done if RJM had not gotten involved. Saw some notes below that had some challenges with subs etc...but all I can say is their work for us has been amazing. Planning a sliding door replacement for the next couple of months. Will let everyone know how that goes.

Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had! I live in a two story condo complex and my upstairs neighbor had a slow water leak from his water heater that was slowly coming down into my unit. Before choosing RJM Solutions to fix it, I made it very clear we needed to go through insurance with everything because I did not have the money to pay for this out of pocket. They assured me I had nothing to worry about and they deal with situations like this all the time. They told me I needed a temporary water heater and they could rent me one while they did the repairs on the drywall. After over a month of them working on the project, not advancing at all in the work and billing me daily for the temporary water heater, which my insurance said was over double the going rate for a temporary water heater, I told them I needed to find someone else to finish the project because this was taking way too long. They had originally told me it would take two weeks. I later received an invoice from RJM Solutions and submitted it to my insurance and it was almost four times higher than what insurance would pay. I gave RJM Solutions every penny I received from my insurance like I said I would. Because the payment from my insurance wasn’t the full amount of the invoice, RJM Solutions then put a construction lien on my home forcing me to foreclose if I did not pay and were demanding over $8,000, for just renting their water heater. I trusted them and their word and unfortunately had to learn the very hard way. I ended up settling out of court and was barely able to come up with $5,000 out of pocket which I paid them to resolve the issue by taking off the lien and allowing me to keep my home. I clearly will never use them again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Please learn from my mistake and save yourself the trouble and money and find a different contractor to do the job. I found a different contractor and the job was completed in less than 24 hours. This was a nightmare and I don’t wish this on anyone. Such an unfortunate situation. I’ve never written a review before but this was such a horrible experience I felt others needed to know. I don’t want this to ever happen to any one else.

Richard from RJM Solutions was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, polite, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.
