Major, major, MAJOR compliments to Roger Quintana and Garrett Hatfield! Garrett is always going above and beyond and helps out in a pinch if he can! He always takes the time to see if he can help and it's something ServiceFirst can assist with and never gives a "no, we can't do that."

Roger is so responsive and informative and really went the extra mile with repairing a cut phone line by a different vendor to not delay drywall repairs. Really appreciate his hard work and attention to open work orders and giving updates!

I had a great experience with both Hugo and Jose in terms of their expertise, courteousness, and timeliness. I would recommend them to any homeowner for repairs. Good job!

Manny Rafa Chris and Armando did a stellar job for me. after the Palisades fires, My house was covered in ash and soot. now it looks like nothing happened. I can’t say enough about the ServiceFirst team. Their manager, Adrian, Was on top of things as well. I look forward to seeing these guys in the future. They’re now part of my tribe.

Danny and Edgar were great! They were friendly and I appreciate the time they took in walking me through the different steps of the remediation process and answering any questions I had. Gianne was also great and I appreciated that he would call to follow up and schedule my next inspection.

We had our first major water damage and I was glad I contacted service first to handle it. They were very patient with us and our insurance company as we navigated various challenges and complications. They helped us with the claim and navigating various subcontractors. Everybody was kind, professional and accommodating. Special shout out to Roger at the front office for being patient with our busy family schedule and to Jesus who did an excellent job handling every aspect of the actual rebuild. I hope I never have to deal with water damage again, but I'd absolutely work with this same team.

This isn’t the first time I’ve received terrific service from Arturo. We had a leak in the garage, and he did an excellent job sealing off the work area to keep dust from spreading. He also took the time to explain the treatment needed to prevent the spread of mold, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Arturo and will be requesting him again for any future wall repairs and painting.

Amazing service from the entire team (Chris, Adrianne, Jose, Jerry & Danny)! They called each day in advance, showed up on time, were extremely friendly and professional. They took hundreds of books off shelves, meticulously cleaned them and put them back. Kept everything clean and organized. Explained everything along the way with photos and have scheduled an appointment for the follow up work to repatch drywall. I highly recommend this team and company!

Elias and Michael were an amazing team. They came focused with a plan and the ability to adjust when necessary. They prepared the floors and surrounding areas in a quality and professional manner; and left the area in PERFECT condition at the end of the day. They performed precision measuring and cutting of the drywall. Michael explained how the phases of restoration would look. You will not find a better contractor out there.

Elias and assistant from ServiceFirst Restoration was prompt, tidy, and very considerate when moving my refrigerator. They were especially careful with my cabinetry. I highly recommend them.

Arturo Ramirez & Carlos Hernandez did a great job repairing our garage after a leak from neighbor above. They took their time & did a great job, paying attention to detail. Doesn’t even look like we ever had a leak. I would highly recommend them for your repairs.

Five stars is simply not enough. I would give them a great big 10 if they were available I prefer to give thumbs up and star ratings then to ramble on about how much I like the company, but I’m happy to do it for Service First. Mr. Juan Ramirez performed the restoration in my home. That was quite a lengthy job. He was professional. He was neat. He was clean and his work is flawless. I highly recommend service first for restoration work. They also did the tear out and treatment with antifungal agents so that mold did not form.this work also was done timely and without a Hitch.

Alex Ayala from Service First expertly installed insulation and drywall in my water-damaged bathroom ceiling, and the following day, he finished painting. He professionally prepared the area, using plastic coverings on the floor and walls to prevent dust. Despite the small, hot workspace, he completed the job promptly and left the area spotless. I am extremely pleased with his work and professional demeanor.

Service First Restoration has a good team. They did our demolition of drywall, ceiling and bathroom room and restoration. I specifically appreciate Carlos' and Alex's work for restoration work. They are very friendly, professionally and have done excellent jobs putting back drywall and painting.

The men sent here today Manny and Miguel did an excellent job as well as Carlos who finished painting on Tuesday Monday I didn’t get the name of the young gentleman who did the drywall. Each one of these guys that work for Service First I would highly recommend. Service First has competent respectful employees, a must when it comes to your home.
