After hours call. Ben was clean and professional in his approach. We have a historic house and Ben was carefull and got it done and made some good recommendations.

Our HOA sent American Plumbing Services to repair a leak from our water tank that caused our cold water to turn warm and part of our kitchen tiles were warm.
Javier and Ben were the absolute best-put me at ease with a thorough explanation of the work, professional, and used their time efficiently. You couldn’t ask for a more excellent work ethic. Thank you for exemplary service.(These guys deserve raises!)

This company is very unprofessional

I had a repair for bathroom flushing and sink
They came out an did not repair
I called on Saturday and the tech sent me a paragraph text assuming we not going to pay all they care about is money and not service
Here is the text I got when they didn’t show up:
“I was able to get in touch with the owner of our company to get some further details (but he is not in the office). Our technician was called out for 1 toilet and 2 faucets. He was also asked to inspect both bathrooms. Without knowing further details about what he actually did or didn’t do I can not properly determine if the current issue is something that we have already worked on or not. That being said, if it is not something that we are responsible for it would be a chargeable call at a DOUBLE TIME rate. Also, your business is not who is responsible for the bill. So I cannot assume the owner would want to pay double time rates. The office is closed until Monday, and Christina will call you Monday to assist.”
Christine called me on Monday and would not listen to my concerns, she laughed and stated were you going to pay? I asked for the owner and Christine stated she is the manager! I had to block the technician Gabriel who continued to text after not showing up to get the job done. I am very dissatisfied with this company and their unprofessional behavior.

Unfortunately, this place is two stars for me. The gentleman that came out to give the quote was very nice and sweet. I just don’t like their policy where they charge $60 plus $10 for gas just to come for an estimate. I called three other places and none of them charged for an estimate.
And their estimate was a pretty outrageous price So it makes me feel like they make a ton of money from just giving estimates.

I called around to get a plumber to come out quick to clear my main line that was blocked up and not allowing Amy water to drain anywhere in the house. Christine answered my call and was so nice and accommodating to my concerns. A tech wasn't available in the morning but they would be able to respond in the afternoon she said. No problem. A little while later she called back and told me a tech was done with a job early and could come by sooner. The tech showed up and was very pleasant to deal with. He was compassionate and easy going. He fixed our problem and also educated us for future things to keep out for. The price was extremely reasonable, unlike other companies I've got estimates from in the past for other simple jobs. It's not everyday you have a wonderful experience with a business and out here I only have a handful. Today American Plumbing became one of those businesses. Thank you!

We had a very frustrating experience with this company. They were consistently unresponsive—it took multiple calls and emails just to get any updates. Their customer service was poor, and we experienced significant delays because they failed to provide clear scheduling information. Communication was lacking throughout the process, and it made things much more difficult than they needed to be. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend their services based on our experience.

While I have never had services done by this company personally I know the type of people they employ and the work ethic of the owner. This is a phenomenal company and driven by heart and soul everyday.

My water heater pipe out of the wall was leaking and American Plumbing came out the same day I called them. Javier was my service guy And he was able to fix everything didn’t damage anything very professional I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you again.

Excellent service as always. They have been our go to plumbers for almost 20 years. Javier replaced our water heater this morning. Everyone who has worked on our homes are great, including Bennie and Gabe. Highly recommend. Also appreciate their military discount.

Jeremy saved me hundreds of dollars on a repair by honestly telling me it was something I could handle myself. Another local plumber had quoted me a much higher price, but Jeremy took the time to answer my call and even reviewed a video another plumber had sent me. Within minutes, he explained exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue.

That level of honesty and professionalism is rare these days. When Jeremy provides a service, you’re paying for a true expert in his trade—but he’s not the type to dig into your pockets unnecessarily.

Trust me when I say he’s one of the good ones.

It's hard to find a competent person to service swamp coolers. Based on my experience with several service providers, On Call has been the best. Highly recommend.

These guys are very professional.. Very knowledgeable.. My house was flooding out upstairs in middle of the night. On call plumbing rushed right over and shut down my water. If it weren't for these guys picking up my call my water would of ran all night. They found the problem and made the proper repairs needed. My shower valve was broke looked at every you tube video went out and bought two valves only to find out I had the wrong valve.its Saturday I’ve called 11 plumbers with all saying either Monday or Sunday.upset that I couldn’t fix it myself my wife called On call plumbing I swear no lie he was at my house with in 30 minutes he came with proper PPE during this covid time protecting not only himself but my family he was professional and upon having a pretty swell conversation with him he turned out to be a really good guy he was clean smelled good amd professional. The owner of the company on a late Saturday afternoon and stood after the job was done to finish our conversation if the owner of the company is showing such great customer service and did a excellent job I can only imagine how great his employees are it starts from the top down .i would recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber . And most importantly the price was great thank you sir

The water main to my house brakes the day I am leaving for vacation. While leaving for the airport I am calling around for someone to come out to make the necessary repairs to no avail. If remembered that my next door neighbor ( and good friend ) told me about a company that he used and that they were really great and reasonable. So I called and spoke to Jeremy and he was on another job, however he must have heard the urgency in my voice. He told me he will be out. It took him a little longer then he expected to finish the job he was on and it was soooo late and I knew his day was over but Jeremy said he told me he would be there and him and his crew were there! It was late and they all were tired and hungry but they still kept there appointment with me. I know because it was late I was the exception to the rule or maybe not maybe this was standard opoperating procedure. Whatever it is, to me it was great customer service with very reasonable prices.
