We had problems the first day as no one showed up at the designated time. After some phone calls Jose and Troy came explained why they were late. They started working right away. Marco showed up so Troy could go home. They worked until 9pm and did a wonderful job. They came back the next morning just to make sure there were no more leaks. They did a beautiful job. The only reason I took away 1 star is because of not knowing when they were coming.

I won’t go into detail on what happened but I will say that everyone was kind, professional and worked extremely hard to fix my plumbing issues for my home. From the person who answers the phone to those that come out and figure out the problem and attack the hard work! Greatly appreciate them as always!

We have use the service twice and we been happy with the service but it will be great for a senior discount will be available. You all do great and customer service is great. Very pleasant. Thank you for your service.

They didn’t show up on time, and had to reschedule for the next day which was very inconvenient. They also seemed to care more about getting paid then completing and send me the report. The technician was very rude to me as I was to him based on his very poor performance and customer skills. I will never use this company again.

Maurice was very professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Definitely an asset to your company. We will be having him return to do some work.

The service was fine, but it was GROSSLY OVERPRICED. I thought it was outrageous to charge $750 for less than an hour of work, to change one faucet. I even provided the new faucet. I spoke to a couple of other people about this, and they completely agreed with me. If I had known ahead of time that the price would be so excessive, I probably wouldn't have used their services.

In the midst of a crisis day with a roof leak during torrential rain, my area drains were also backed up. I was very appreciative of the quick response and professionalism. More than 2k for less than an hour worth of work was very high; however, the potential for repair costs if the water had backed up enough to pass my door threshold would have been extensive.

Overall, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, the work was completed quickly, and their communication stood out the most. Anytime we had a question, they responded right away and clearly explained the work they were going to do. Very satisfied with the experience.

They came the same day I called & after looking at the issue (a hole in the water heater leaked all over the garage), they called to make sure they had the parts & replaced it that day. They made sure to install everything that needed to be (that currently had not been installed or had been installed incorrectly). They had great customer service, explained everything to me & were kind while working.

Great service. Technician was great and quick especially on a Sunday but it wasn’t cheap. Kitchen sink line clogged. He ran the snake and got it unclogged quickly and kept the area clean through the house.

Just needed my drain snaked. They came same day and were very nice a professional. The scheduling was easy and the guys were great so I will give them 5 stars but $400+ to snake a drain is crazy high in my opinion considering a local plumber would do it for $50. Needed it asap so I paid it but probably wouldn’t use them again.

I would like to express my satisfaction with the service I received from Roto-Rooter. From start to finish the experience was excellent. All of the workers who came to my home were professional and respectful. And easy to communicate with, they took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered my questions clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the process. I truly appreciate how clean and organized they were while working, it made a big difference. Most importantly, the job was done very well. Fernando and Jonathan were great. So knowledgeable, friendly, and patience. They provided so much detail and were even willing to listen and assess a new issue that we were concerned about. Initially I was frustrated with the scheduling cuz I had scheduled for 6-8am and the person I was texting with (neither of these two gentlemen) kept making excuses why a tech hadn't showed up during that time slot. But once F+J arrived they solved the issue and I was happy that I kept the appointment. They were both awesome!!

Erick was great for my entire process. From the first call ordering what I needed to him doing the follow up with the manufacturer even when I didn't ask him about it yet. To the pick up being done fast and efficient.

Typical plumbing supplier, most time grumpy old men who don't wear masks. Pretty knowledgeable, if they decide to help.

Went to buy a faucet, stood for awhile at the counter with two guys doing nothing except talking about vacation, was totally ignored, decided I didn’t want to buy anything from them.

Good service, they always have what I need.
