Was serviced in Santa Clarita. Troy, the manager, and his associate Fernando helped us, and took care of our needs. They went above and beyond the call to provide all our needs and remained supportive throughout. Troy even helped me with a separate, unrelated issue with my water heater. He texted and called me late at night to instruct me on how to repair a water heater. He stayed up late to ensure it was taken care of properly. Fernando did a great job servicing all our faucets and showers. He was thorough and came back the next day for quality control. This was an example of superb customer service and getting the most value for what you pay for. O highly recommend Troy and Fernando who service Santa Clarita and surrounding areas.

Straight forward and professional, he came to check from 1 hour away for my emergency call. He came the next day to fix it. All is perfect!

The workers were amazing. They did their job professionally and quickly. I had a major water pipe burst and it was fixed. The entire water pipe system was replaced within a period of 10 hours. Thank you so much!

Really good emergency service a little pricey. Make sure you understand that after hours is a service fee plus double what it would normally be. Other than that I would highly recommend because they couldn't do the job because I had a broken pipe and he did not charge me only the after hour service fee. Very honest people. Very nice people

We had a mess of a plumbing situation in our home. Troy, Maurice, and Fidel took great care of everything. They did a great job of working with us, easing our fears, and making sure that everything was addressed in a timely manner. We appreciated their transparency throughout the process. Jaime was awesome as well!

Roto rooter truly helped my grandmother and I in our plumbing troubles. With the delicacies and wear and tear of an old house you want someone who is honest, and also can get the job done efficiently and quickly. Big shoutout to Jose S. and Devone B who did the grunt work but I’d also like to thank Troy who’s been so responsive and accommodating. My grandma and I are extremely satisfied!

They are Fast, Polite and Knowledgeable. They are not Inexpensive, but You get what You Pay for... a Professional Quality Job... and they do those little Extra things that they don't have to do. This is the 3rd or 4th Time I've called them out (Separate Issues)... I hope I don't have to call them again, but it's Good to Know I Can.
9-20-2024: Well, I had to call them out again (New Issue), and I am just as pleased (and a little Poorer) as I was before. I continue to Highly Recommend them. (See Picture: They dug deep, but left it a little nicer than it was. Thanx Guys.)

Exterior leak which required concrete tear up and repair. Price was probably reasonable, but it felt high. I didn’t shop around for deals. Main cost driver was the concrete work. Overall work was quality, and everyone was very friendly and pleasant to work with.
