Excellent service! Just so thankful they came during the holidays to fix a slab leak at my elderly parents’ house. They took pictures and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The pricing was excellent and really felt they could be trusted.

I had a water heater fail in santa clarita and a sewer line fail at another rental in lancaster. Huge mess at the house in lancaster, Jeremie and his crew were able to clean it up quickly,. Helped me file insurance claim in lancaster and made the whole process very easy. Over 60k damage to my house in lancaster, if I would have called any other plumber that would have been out of pocket. Due to his experience with insurance i didn't pay a dime. They may seem expensive at first but it will cost you less in the long run. Thank you Jeremie and your crew at on call plumbing.

I had plumbing issue Tuesday night and was able to get a technician out at 9am Wednesday. Lee and his crew started working on the problem right away, explained to me all of the steps they are doing and what is expected to happen. Maurice, Christopher, Mario, and Hector were very efficient and thorough with their work; also considerate of the lawn/grass and safety during the whole process. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and would definitely use their service again (but hopefully not in the near future).

Great service but my drains got clogged same day at night

Excellent service from Alejandro. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me so that I could make an informed decision. He was an excellent listener and very patient as I discussed my frustration over my current heater. In addition he was exceptionally clean and neat after removing my old heater and installing a new one, everything looked immaculate. He also ensured that I knew how to operate my heater, discussed the warranty, and urged me to contact him if after he left or in the future, I had questions. I’m very satisfied with my new and better quality heater , and I appreciate the quality of service Alejandro provided. Alejandro is to be commended for providing outstanding customer service. Fernando did a very thorough job. He showed us what was stopping up the drain and then finished the job quickly. He ran all the faucets afterwards to show us how quickly the water went down the drain. Very thorough and very quick.

Techs were great. Very costly to unclog 2 sinks and a minor repair.

This was my first time trying Roto Rooter. I had a very clogged drain in the kitchen. They sent Anthony over within 2 hours. He was able to fix the problem and gave me good advise on how to keep this from happening again. I have only lived here for one year. The farmhouse sink in my kitchen has some unusual design problems. Anthony explained everything very well. I’m so thankful.

I was completely satisfied with their professionalism and the work they did within my home. The reason only 4 vs 5 stars is that it took 3 days to finally come out and get the work done. And that I had to follow up with them vs their promise to call us back. However, “Thank you” gore out to the team for finally getting the job done.

Marcos and Fidel were great. They have superior customer service skills and work ethic skills. And there isn't a lot of that anymore. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great job and great customer service.

Quick service, VERY EXPENSIVE, did not complete the job we had agreed to for the price I paid. A supervisor came in to give the price on fixing a leak at the main waterline. The price was HIGH so I negotiated to also replace a water sprinkler valve. After they fixed the main water line leak they said they would come back in a couple days to replace the sprinkler valve and never showed up.

The rep, Troy, who helped me did a great job repairing my plumbing issue. His price was also very reasonable. The Roto-Rotoer rep was there less than an hour after I made the request. Great job!

Marcos responded to my emergency call at approximately 2am. A gushing river of water was coming from the Water Meter enclosure Marco quickly located the water turnoff valve in the flooded water area and shut off the water. He advised me of the likely area of the failure and options for me. He offered to return to diagnose and repair the fault the next morning If I was unable to get assistance from the water company. He was professional and dealt with the immediate crisis quickly. I would recommend him for any plumbing work.
