I was previously the Operations/Facilities manager for Shamrock Office Solutions in Dublin,CA and our building is dual zone / 10K sqft system . One of the ACs stopped working in the summer so I called up Air Brothers Mechanical and spoke with Chris about the issue we were having .

They had 2 technicians on-site same day and diagnosed the issue which required the purchase of a new control board on the AC unit itself located on our roof . They had the part first thing the next morning and had the system up and running in no time .

Highly recommend their service to anyone !

During a home remodel, it was determined my furnace and ac units needed replacing. Air Brothers weee quick, professional and exceedingly reasonable priced. They had my old units out and new units in within 3 days total(that includes a weekend). Highly recommend them

We had the privilege of working with Air Brothers Mechanical for our home full remodel back in 2016. They recommended and installed a full Hvac unit. Their proposal was very reasonable compared to others. The job was completed fairly quickly and Chris (owner) was very responsive to any questions I had. . As of today Dec 1 2022, both or ac and furnace unit have been working great with no issues. Would highly recommend them.

We used Air Brothers a few years ago at our home in Concord. It was a complete replacement, ducting, A/C unit, heating unit, and blower. Christopher and his assistant were just great. In addition to great service their price was considerably more reasonable than the competition. I've had no issues with my system since installation. Recently my brother was in need of an HVAC replacement. After he got several very high bids, I provided him Christopher's number. Chris made contact with him and with a great price and great satisfaction as my brother's system was back in service, all happening during the incredible heatwave that we suffered in Contra Costa County in August this year.

This company has the most efficient staff ,curtious friendly knowledgeable there not going try to sell you something you don't need..The owner is a straight shooter that makes sure his workers take care of business....

If you're in need of heating repair services, I highly recommend it! They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in fixing my heating system. They arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly, explaining everything in clear detail. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and my heating system has been running perfectly ever since. Don’t waste your time, just walked when in there right now and since I wasn’t registered the back gentleman couldn’t be bothered checked his watch and says I don’t know how to register you… anyway million other supply companies near by.

They always have the product we need in stock and if they don't have it, it doesn't take more than two days to have it ready.

I'm from Fresno California and I'm working in Livermore late and my vacuum pump failed, so I called Johnstone after hours to open up for me and no call back or text. Now I have to drive back to Fresno and come back to Livermore.

This company does not support the Livermore community. During a scorching hot period of 114 degrees, Johnstone Supply would not sell me a simple capacitor. They claim they have an 'agreement' with local HVAC repair companies that they will not sell anything to the public. This FORCES the community to use professional services when they are not needed. I had to drive 25 miles to Dublin and back to get the part. Extra star because he was a nice guy and referred me to Dublin...

These folks always do what they say and always on time. I feel like I always am treated special and I always feel valued. We have been working with them for 5 years and absolutely love their professionalism and attention to detail. Tony, Krystal, Jack , and the others are amazing!I highly recommend them.

I've been working with HVAC suppliers for years. This location is fantastic! They always go the extra mile to make sure we have everything we need. The showroom is clean and well stocked. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly from the Territory Manager to Counter Sales.

Johnstone Supply in Livermore is a great place to order hvac equipment and supplies. I usually place orders with Jack who is not only very professional but is always willing to help with special or custom orders. They are the only supplier who takes the time to help their customers instead of yelling on speakerphone trying to rush you off the phone like so many others. Highly recommend Livermore Johnstone!
