Pros all the way. Friendly phone service and David the technician explained my refrigerator problem, had the parts, was thorough and efficient. I will hire them again if I need help again.

These people have no sense of customer service. Requested part replacement which they assured us would be about a week. A week later and nthey had no record of us. Do not trust these people. They are not honest.

Technician Yuri was excellent! Yuri was on time and communicated while in route. He identified the problem and replaced that part. He continued to test for other possible glitches before he gave his thumbs up.

Poor service all across. The guy answering the phone could care less about your problem, not helpful. Turns out that they hire out technicians from elsewhere, so it's not personal. The tech showed up and basically insulted me, telling me I should have googled the problem, then proceeded not to fix anything. When I called back 3 times, I could not get the technician or the desk staff to respond or care much. Avoid!

Long Beach Appliance Repair did a great job fixing our broken refrigerator. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and easily.

Horrible, seemed very scammy to me. Came in and in less than 2 min diagnosed. Almost as if he was ready to collect$65 real quick and split. Easy money for them. This guy put a clamp amp meter on my gas line and said it read zero.... Pretty shady.

Our LG washing machine recently developed a consistent leak so I called Long Beach Alliance Repair to arrange for them to come take a look at our machine. Before I called them, I did check out their website and noticed that they said they had been in business for over 10 years and that they had provided service for the Los Angeles area. They did come out and fix our machine but the curious thing is that the receipt for the work is from Top Tech Appliance Repair located in Glendale and NOT Long Beach Appliance Repair that is supposedly located in Long Beach on Atlantic. So I am curious if there is a 'Long Beach Appliance Repair' or if it only exists in name only.

I called and the person on the phone answered my question in depth and gave me an estimate then and there for repairing my fridge that was leaking. Yuri was my technician and he came out when he said he would. They were quick, timely and did quality work. My fridge is fixed and I didn’t pay an arm and leg for the service.

Promptly answered phone. Put me on hold for a few to check to see if technician could fit me in his schedule. Sucess! Technician quickly diagnosed and quoted price. Work was done quickly and I am happy to have my dryer I working again. Wish I was just as happy with the price, but I have nothing to compare it to.

I do definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs on any of their appliances Great communication/customer service The technician was phenomenal. He was on time for the appointment, very eficiente, super knowledgeable and super quick to fix my refrigerator. Price was within reason as well.
