The response time for an appointment was almost immediate and was placed on a Sunday evening. The technician, Tom, showed up the next day on schedule to assess the problem and to give me an estimate. The estimate was higher than I expected but not unreasonable. I did not shop around because a fee is required regardless or not if you use the services.The next day Tom came back with the necessary parts and fixed the dryer fairly quickly. Dryer is now working as good as new. Overall very satisfied.

This place is a joke. Charged me $400 to fix my washer and it made it worse. Very unprofessional office staff and repairman. Beware

I had a problem with my washing machine and I contacted Long Beach Appliance Repair. They were very friendly and scheduled me in for that day. The repairman was very courteous and did a great job. I'm grateful for their expertise and professionalism. I would recommend them to friends, family and anyone that needs an appliance fixed because life is hard enough.

Long Beach Appliance Repair had competitive pricing and didn't take ages to book a time for our fridge/freezer repair. Happy with the result, not having to buy a new fridge is always a plus. The tech was also happy to explain how to get more mileage out of it so points for extra customer service

Wonderful company. Came same day I called and diagnosed it. Had to order the part and said the part should be in by Monday. Received call Monday not to come out Tuesday. Totally punctual, fixed quickly and even gave us some fantastic tips to help save the washer from a ton of wear and tear going forward.
Hubby does not get impressed easily but he even noted how impressed by Major appliance he was. Thanks for being awesome!
