The technician was fast and came within one hour of my service call. He immediately started working on my Dacor oven. He explained the problems that were causing the issues with the oven and the cost of replacement and repairs. I called for service for my Big Chill refrigerator that wasn’t cooling properly. Technician came out and replaced the thermostat and the fan motor at a fair price. He was professional, knowledgeable, and knew what he was doing. The guy also cleaned the condenser coils for free since we had a lot of dust buildup around the refrigerator. So, after 3–4 hours everything started working again. We appreciate that the technician repaired our refrigerator and saved our perishable foods on the same day we call for service. Nice guy 👍

Apenas compre una lavadora y se mira bien el precio un poco menos que en otros lados

Pésimo servicio. El técnico al llegar a instalar la lavadora rompió las llaves del agua aunque yo le informé que el agua se cerraba de la línea principal. Hablé con el dueño y peor todavía no me ofreció ninguna disculpa ni ninguna forma de colaboración para reparar lo que rompieron. No tengo agua en la casa por 4 días porque con las llaves rotas el agua se sale para todos lados. Horrible experiencia
