I called this plumbing company hoping to find a resolution to my properties mainline issues. The gentleman that showed up was very prompt, professional and very knowledgable. I chose to have his team handle the mainline sewer repair that I was being lied to about by other so called plumbers. This company is my New plumber for all of my southern California properties. Kudos to Al & his team for their honesty and cleanliness, it's like they were never there.

I contacted Mr Drain yesterday, to request a quote to install a water line for my new refrigerator. Al answered and gave me an appointment first thing in the morning and showed up prompt and on time.

The job consisted of having to crawl under the my apartment in order to install, due to the refrigerator and sink being on opposite walls and setting up the new line, as none existed previously in my home.

First Impression: Al is a very clean cut, professional and courteous man. He approached me with a mask on, to protect both my family and himself, and laid down runners to keep any dirt off my carpets.

The Job: Al gave me a very reasonable quote that I accepted. I had done my research about pricing and he quoted just below what I expected. He left right away to collect the necessary parts to get the job done and retuned promptly. He quickly installed the hardware under my sink, drilled the necessary holes, crawled under the apartment crawl space (on a very hot day) and got all the tubing installed with ease.

The Extra: Al went above and beyond with my installation by returning with the option of installing copper tubing instead of a silicone tubing. This would prevent from any vermin chewing through it and creating a problem in the future. However, I had learned that galvanized metal is not the best to have your water process through and I was beyond excited and happy that he thought of the quality of water my family would be drinking.

All in all, I am extremely happy to have taken a chance on contacting Mr Drain for these services and have a new permanent contact for any future needs.

On Jan 2nd 2022 I reached out to Al @ Mr. Drain Saver for help with my home main line. Due to all the rain we recently had my whole house was backed up. I called them and within 5 minutes he returned my call. He advised he would arrive at my home in Alhambra which he was right on time. He was prepared to do the job PPE attire included. He was very kind and treated me with such great respect. Within 2 hours he was able to service the main line, and 2 smaller drains which restored my water flow and allowed us to regain using the bathroom, kitchen and washer. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the time he took to get our water back flowing. He is very dependable and gained my trust.

Mr. Drain Saver saved our toilet and got us back up and running. He arrived within an hour, replaced three parts and had everything perfect in less than 30 minutes. He was excellent and we plan to call him again next time we have any plumbing issues.
