Jessie is a fantastic person to work with. He came on time and fixed the issue quickly. The clog was quickly cleared but got stuck in another section but I only found out after he left. He quick came back and did another work, free of charge, only this time took a lot longer due to my pipe setup. Eventually, we fixed the issue and I’m impressed by his skills and professionalism. I will hire him again for any other rooter work.

We recently moved into our new home and had some immediate plumbing issues that needed attention. Brandon Martinez from Mr. Rooter Plumbing came out and he was the plumbing technician we didn't know we needed! He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly address our concerns while also offering to go the extra mile—like connecting our gas washer and dryer.

What truly stood out was his sensitivity to our financial concerns as new homeowners. He walked us through cost-effective solutions for other plumbing issues, ensuring we could make informed decisions without feeling pressured.

Asked for an appointment on late Sunday night for a kitchen sink clog. Mr. Rooter responded early Monday morning and promptly scheduled an appointment with me. Brandon arrived and finished his work in half an hour. His work was quick, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

Had a pipe burst and needed help quickly. I can't Mr. Rooter Plumbing and they were able to send a plumber the same day.

Adam fixed the burst pipe, communicated very clearly what the issue was and what needed to be done, and was in and out in a few hours.

Really professional service. They have customer service center, auto text message updates, electronic receipt, etc.
My water tank had humming sound and I thought it was the sediment in the tank after I watched couple Youtube videos. But the technician quickly found out the burner is the issue. He was professional and polite, and he is ok to pick up parts from Lowes for me.
He also suggests to install a water inflow valve for extra safety and future maintenance convenience.
Generally really good service. I will find this company next time.

Had issues with my bathroom drain pipe. Called and Brandon came over same day. Fixed the drain pipe. But then found another issue with one of the valves. He fixed that as well and it all worked great. Looks awesome.

Toilet backing up, on a Saturday. Called them, right away we received a time frame when will someone be here. Brandon was an excellent person, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and caring person.
Did everything he was supposed to do to solve the problem, The price on the weekend was very reasonable

I have been a customer of Monkey Wrench Plumbing Company for many years and can honestly say that every single Technician that has come out to my house to do a job is professional, experienced, knowledgable and friendly. Getting an appointment right away is easy and my plumbing problems are always quickly resolved. The best part is that the cost is reasonable.
Yesterday I had an issue with a stopped up bath tub drain because of a broken stopper device. JOVANNI GURROLA was my Technician and he is EXCELLENT! He diagnosed the problem quickly, went to the store to get the parts I needed and came back right away and my problem was fixed within 30 minutes!
He was so professional. He explained everything that was going on and all that needed to be done, told me the cost upfront and got the job done in no time. And he is such a nice guy.
Plumbing issues can be a nightmare and plumbers can be undependable and not very trustworthy, and also of lot of them overcharge their customers. But I have used Monkey Wrench Plumbing for a long time and they never disappoint! They are a five-star company with 5-star technicians. Monkey Wrench always answers my calls sends out a representative faster than any other plumber I’ve called. Josh was our plumber (they sent his picture and ETA so I’d know exactly who to expect). He was very knowledgeable and helped walk me through what the job would look like and why things needed to be done a certain way. The job was completed quickly and I’m super happy with my new hot water heater.

Scammers that will try to get you to replace entire heating unit unnecessarily using scared tactics. This is a predatory business. Be careful with their recommendation and shop around for a second opinion. It will save you a lot of money!! The legitimacy of their reviews also come into questions. This is a bad shady business. Stay away please!!

We had a very complicated and outdated water heater system for hydronic floors and our hot water supply that wasn’t working. Rick A came in on a Monday, created a quote for a replacement that was less than anyone else’s quote, and the new system with two on demand heaters was installed by Friday. He personally came to adjust the settings and be sure that everything was done properly. Great service!!

It was really late at night, but they came to fix the issues and did it very professionally.
Overall, everything was clean and done properly.
I would recommend it to everyone.

We got a quote from Monkey wrench for a warranty service for our Rinnai tankless. Rinnai awarded the parts and labor to replace the heat exchanger.
The service technician gave us a quote for 1350 plus the 300 dollars Rinnai awards for labor.
Keep in mind we did not hire Monkey Wrench to do the work. They showed up for a diagnosis and to quote a price.
I was able to hire my plumber I usually use because I was under the impression you had to use someone on Rinnai list of service technicians. If you’ve ever tried to get a hold of Rinnai you would know what I am talking about. Very little information and long hold times on the phone.
Now first my plumber tried to get the part but Monkey Wrench had the part shipped to them. Why I don’t know. They were never hired. So after sitting on hold for hours with Rinnai I was able to track where the part went. They insisted that I come pick it up over 50 miles away in Los Angeles. If you’re not familiar with traffic that is a 4-5 hour round trip. I was able to convince them that they should drop it off or ship it since they shouldn’t have had it sent to them.
Now I am at day 4 with no hot water.
Now is where the rip off comes into play.
I had to get a hold of a Rinnai tech on the phone for my plumber and was informed by the tech that the award for labor is 450 dollars not 300.
So a long story short Monkey Wrench tried to grease me for 1350 and the extra 150 dollars they subtracted from the labor award.
A total of a total of 1800 hundred dollars to do the work. What are they, lawyers.
I used to be a general contractor, framer, tile installer, and do concrete, brick and block. I know my way around tools. I could have bumbled my way through the install in about 2 hours myself. But one I don’t have time and two Rinnai requires a licensed plumber to do the work.
This job takes 1 guy around 1-2 hours to complete. So Monkey Wrench is under the impression they should make 900-1800 dollars an hour.
By the way. My plumber did the job for the 450 that Rinnai awarded for the job. His thinking was if Rinnai thinks it’s worth 450 dollars then that’s what the job should take. He finished in just over an hour and I did tip him an extra 50 bucks.
Monkey wrench believes everything takes at least 2 people to do a job. A tankless water heater can have only one person in front of it. You don’t need a coffee runner or someone to hand tools to the person doing the work. You’re not surgeons.
I shouldn’t have to pay for crews training and be raked over the coals for a repair. At there price to fix a heat exchanger you might as well have a new unit installed. Which they did try to push with their extended warranty crap.
If you agree they try to charge to much Stearns clear of this rip off. If not hire them.
