If I could give 10 Stars I would, Professional, Honest, Fair, These are qualities you typically don't find when dealing with Plumbing Service Providers, I was originally quoted 3k to remove a stuck snake in the drain, snake the main line, repair any pipes damaged and install a new toilet, Al did it for damn near half the price and twice the professionalism even going as far to offer me advice if I wanted to attempt to fix things myself. You won't find better service for the price you pay, highly recommend Mr. Drain Saver, as my drain was definitely saved! Thank you again Al for coming through on a Sunday and helping me out! You are AWESOME!

WOW! In two shakes and a Lambs tail all was done. Very Professional, Courteous and very reasonable. My kitchen sink was backed up and I called to make an appointment. Lord and behold Al came out immediately and fixed the problem. Thank You Al. Very happy and pleased on the outcome.

Al fixed my clogged kitchen drain due to years of not being serviced by previous owner. He did a hydro clean and replaced the pipes. Al responds very quickly and can come to you without having to go through the “appointment makers” like some of the other places which sometimes take too long. He will work with you to resolve the issue and provide recommendations for maintenance.

The technician, Jaime, was punctual and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and doesn’t waste time. And he’s always very nice and friendly, too, which means a lot! :)

Needed plumbing help same day and they came out soon, did estimates and recommendations over email and easy payment methods. A but pricey but for instant service it’s worth it.

In attempting to remove a corroded pressure release valve on the side of my water heater, I broke it off. The stub of the pipe remained in the threaded hole of the tank. I was afraid that I might have to buy a whole new water heater. So I had to call Joseph at Mr. Rooter to extract it and install a new pressure relief valve just in time for the wife to use the hot water when she got home. Great job, Joseph! Thanks.

You can go elsewhere but you are just going to call Mr. Rooter to come fix what the others couldn’t!!

We had done some construction around a utility sink and found that some debris got into the drain causing a clog, the pipes below were also leaking a little bit.

Michael quickly assessed the issue, got the drain cleared and was able to fix the leak without having to replace the parts.

Looking for a reliable, professional and reasonable plumber this is the company you want to use. They showed up to my house on time and was very professional. They covered the floor where they would be working and even put shoe covers on. I was concern because i have new cabinets and flooring and they were clean and not in a rush. They explained the situation in detail so I was comfortable. This company definelty knows it stuff. I would highly recommend them.

Great service. I was told they would arrive between 2 and 4. The tech arrived at 1:55!! He diagnosed the problem and solved it quickly. Friendly service and he informed me of what would be done every step of the way. I highly recommend them!!!

Had back water and clean out valves installed, tankless water heater flushed and its filter changed out. After the jobs were done, everything was cleaned out nicely. They were very patient with all the questions I had while I observed them at work.

Responsive service to my call and short wait on a Sunday late afternoon. I had two issue's, one inside with toilet clogged not allowing flush cycle to swoosh used water out of bowl for fresh clean water to fill, the otherissue is outside drain trap clogged with slow water draining and helped diagnose and attempt to resolve issue even breaking his tool and went to get another tool replacement to gave it try again and turn-outs there is an object in the toilet not allowing the tool to clear passage or cannot be pushed or lodged out of position. The outside issue was different and will need a camera to take further look deep inside to see if the pipe is broken and snake could not go far and digging up a lot sludge on return. At this point provided me the options and decide from there and no pressure and gave me good info to decide on options which have to get landlord involded. Sometimes a handyman is not gonna cut it because you need someone fast or you need someone who is the expert. Mr. Rooter never disappoints. I have called for different reasons and their technicians are professional, explain what is going to happen and what to expect. They then get the right team to handle the job and they have the right equipment to do it. I had an issue with a terrible smell in the bathroom. They had to do a smoke test with the vents. They had three technicians who had the right equipment and training to get on the roof, in the sub basement and one in the bathroom to monitor the work. They figured out which vent had an issue and then ran the smoke test again and found the bigger issue. They gave me options for moving forward and I only paid for the work I decided to move forward with. Always come at the hour they say they would too!

The technician is very friendly, knowledgeable on the job. I have confidence on his work. Job well done!
