Had a commercial plumbing issue and it was resolved with in 2 hrs. Fast and efficient!

Jaime came out on Monday the 23rd and unclogged my washer line for me.
Just have to say how pleased i was with his professionalism and customer service. He quoted the price before doing any work. I like that so you know what your paying for. He did a great job.

Joe was upfront with what needed to be done in replacing the garbage disposal and was able to move it from the right side to the left side of the sink. It was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after installing it. I have had good service from this company for all my plumbing needs.

My restaurant had clogging in all the sinks and drains in the bar and kitchen. I called them in the late evening on 6/15/24 and they came over the next morning. Jesse from Mr Rooter came in earlier than our scheduled time. After assessing the work to be done, this young, clean, active and good looking guy started his work with all his tools ready around him. Obviously he checked the lines that may be connected with the kitchen sink clogs. The work done greatly worth my call made to MR ROOTER. I certainly recommend their services.

Overcharged for a simple job. I’d suggest looking elsewhere. We used Mr. Rooter twice before for $100–150. This San Gabriel team charged much more and took advantage.

I contacted Mr. Rooter in South San Gabriel when I started to have problems with my upstairs toilet.

They answered promptly and scheduled me an appointment time based on my availability which was perfect.

The office promptly sent me an email confirming my appointment and called me the day off to inform of the arrival time of the technician who was coming out.

I have worked with both Jesse Fernandez, Adam Galvan and Joseph Diaz and they are all very professional, courteous and friendly.

Jessie at Mr. Rooter went absolutely above and beyond to assist my aging parents with a kitchen sink clog. Jessie was communicative at all times about what he was doing to resolve their issue as well as being very pleasant and neat in his work. Since I’m not near my folks he took the time to communicate with me as well. He replaced all the plumbing and the garbage disposal as well as fixed the clog. I just travelled to visit them and opened up the cabinet to reveal a beautifully perfect plumbing job! We've used Mr. Rooter in Mont Pk in the past for an emergency drain issue. Today we had them come out to help with some old plumbing problems. Joseph and his crew were very helpful in explaining what needed to be done. They got the job done in one day. An added plus, the people Mr. Rooter sends out are always super nice and considerate.
