I wish I had photos of the before, because you can't know how great of a job they did. They did a better job than SS. They told me the dirt stains wouldn't come out. These guys did a great job, of getting them out. Thanks guys.

I wish I had taken pictures to show what an improvement we saw when Frank was finished with our stairs. Due to the busyness of life and thinking we needed to replace the carpet, we delayed getting the stairs cleaned way too long. I can't believe how great they look now. We are in no rush to replace the carpet, since it looks so close to the original state! The area rugs look fabulous too!

“I hired ALL IN ONE Carpet Cleaning to clean my living room carpet AND ROOMS , and unfortunately, I was disappointed. The technicians arrived late and didn’t seem prepared to handle some of the tough stains I mentioned in the initial phone call. After the cleaning, the stains were still visible, and the carpet didn’t feel as fresh as I had hoped. Carpet cleaner initially agreed to doing three areas the stairs I added on the hallway he stated it would be a $20 extra fee. I informed him that would be OK. He then proceeded with Cleaning and did not do the area. Commented hey are you doing this area of the carpet? He then stated that would be an additional $40 fee. I then informed him that that’s not what we agreed upon. He then refused to continue on his services and left chemical smells in my home now my child is having trouble breathing the sanitizer. My my child has asthma. I was not aware of him, leaving the chemical on the carpets. He then proceeded to leave peacefully. I tried calling customer service I would not recommend this service to others.”

Frank was on time and very professional. He knows his job. I always clean my carpets yearly, but regular carpet cleaner guy retired, I skipped last year's cleaning and my cream colored carpet was not cream colored anymore. After deep cleaning, it looks new again. Will use Frank again.

Promised a good cleaning making me believe they understood my urgency and concern my kids playing on a previous owner's dirty carpet. When I hired them they did a quick vacuum due to multiple appointment they had wanted to rushing out leaving major stains. When I asked them to do a 2nd sweet to remove the stains they refused due to press on time and charging extra. Had to rent 1 from walmart to finish the job being much cheaper and better. Terrible service...have pictures to prove it and recorded conversation.
