We called Justin Jensen at Integrity Chem-Dry on a Monday and he came the following day. We purchased a new home and the master bedroom carpet was very dirty. Justin told us that the carpet would look new when he was finished. I have attached the before and after photos to show the difference in the carpet appearance after his cleaning. I would strongly recommend Justin Jensen of Integrity Chem-Dry to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE A very high pressured sales experience. The man who came to my house gave me a very hard sales pitch. Nothing but cautionary tales to justify a $4000 price tag. Regrettably, I fell for it and paid $450 for a job that was completed in less than 20 minutes. Let’s see, that’s $900/hour. They claim the Chemical product they use extracts the carpet stains, while other companies just push it deeper into the mat. Nonsense . It’s nothing more than steam cleaning. My Cautionary Tale is watch your wallet!

False advertising. Booked an appointment based on an ad for $40 a room. That's the price they give you on the phone when they arrive, they give you the real price. They said it's because they need to see the carpet in order to assess the real price. I just had them do my stairs instead. Also, they said drying will take 2-4 hours. It's been 24 hours and my stairs are still wet.

Justin did a great job and when I called him 3+ weeks later to check on some pet pee stains that looked like they might be resurfacing, he swung by and went over them again at no charge. Let’s hope I don’t need a recarpet the room!

I always have Integrity Chem Dry out once a year. But I was in need of a last minute appointment.
The company sent out Justin and Jason late this afternoon to clean my carpets & sectional sofa right before Thanksgivings. I have a lot of family coming over and I was in dying need to get my sectional sofa done. My little one recently got into his rash cream, and wipe it all over my sofa. Both Justin & Jason explained the process and reinsured me that they can get everything out. Let me say they work wonders on getting everything out. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you Chem Dry and will be using them again next year.

Being that we drove for two hours to meet the serviceperson with no notice that the job could not be done until Monday due to a truck not working, (when we called)we were a little taken back that there would be a credit of only $10. due to the inconvenience. In addition we needed to pay for one to wait on Monday for nearly three hours until the job was started.

I cannot recommend this company. I took a 1/2 day off work for my appointment which was supposed to be between 8 and 12. I called the company at 12:15 to see if they were still coming, and a rude woman told me that I wasn’t on the schedule and that I was the second person that day whose appointment was lost due to a “glitch”. She offered no apology. She told me to wait between one and five and someone would show up to clean my carpeting. I agreed, even though this would cost me to lose a full day of pay from missing work. A carpet cleaner showed up in the afternoon, offered no apology and proceeded to give me the extreme upsell pressure. When I made the appointment, I was told that with a coupon I could have two bedrooms cleaned $50 each And that my 8 x 10 area rug would be starting at $1.50 a square foot. I told them that my area rug was a shag and that it had a pet accident on it (our dog peed on the area rug while we were on vacation and he was stressed with a pet sitter in the house) it was NOT extremely soiled and it did NOT have a strong odor. I was very embarrassed that this had happened and felt embarrassed to be hiring somebody to clean this area rug. The technician further embarrassed me. At one point, he made some remark about how he wasn’t going to move it because it had “piss all over it”. I was horrified.
With a coupon for two bedrooms at $50 each and a pet stained area rug with long shag carpet strands, I figured with the extra work the long fibers would need I would pay around $300, which is what I paid with a different company a year ago
This technician tried to tell me that it would be $960!! I couldn’t believe the difference in what I was expecting, and what he was trying to charge me! When I told him that it was out of my price range and well beyond what I was led to believe the cost would be when I made the appointment , he started to argue with me. Two small bedrooms and one 8 x 10 area rug almost $1000! I told him it was out of the question and after dropping the price three different times we finally arrived on $460. That is still so much more than I believe the service should’ve been. Part of dropping the price was that he was trying to charge $100 to treat a spot on the area rug from my dog. I elected to save $100.
In hindsight, I wish I would’ve just asked him to leave without cleaning my carpeting. I think I felt too uncomfortable at the time to do so and I was also thinking that if I had to take another day off of work that it would end up being ultimately a similar cost to have the carpeting cleaned. Right before he started cleaning for the agreed price of $460, I reminded him that I was missing a full day of work because of their mistake with the scheduling. He looked at me and said “that’s not my problem!” To add further insult to this whole experience, when he was about midway through cleaning my area rug he took a phone call on speakerphone from a woman at his office and she was telling him that he had to hurry and get to another location because the customer there was angry. He rushed the completion of my area rug, made me sign a paper that said there’s no warranty on his workmanship and left. I immediately sent an email to the company and have had no response
By the way, I bought some Bissell spot remover for my area rug, and the spot is completely gone.
I truly feel like I was taken advantage of and overcharged by ChemDry.

A friend recommended Chem-Dry as I had never used them before. The price was reasonable for three large rooms and a staircase with several heavily used areas. The carpets look like NEW! I was very pleased with the result.

This is my experience and I feel compelled to share. I was not part of the consulting and booking of the appointment. My elderly in-laws did all that.
They show up to do a sofa, loveseat, and single chair. He starts spouting out prices. These are the prices...
500 for a sofa
400 for a loveseat
200 for the single armchair.
He told my wife they were running a buy 1 get 1 offer. So he discounted the single chair. You would think he would discount the loveseat. They were in the middle of the work when I got the phone call about the pricing. I immediately called the company that I had used for years prior. Asked their pricing for a sofa and loveseat. The combo price was 225. That company is Quick Dry. Always dependable and professional.
What happened is they pulled up, saw a big house and 2 Mercedes in the garage and decided to up the price.
I will say that I walked in the house at a 10. Tracy was professional and way more polite than I was. All this being said. I wanted to clean the couches, not repurchase them. I would avoid this company.

Don’t trust this company, they’re using my address for this business. I don’t know these people.. I called them and ask why are they using by address, she hang up… watch out “scam”
