Did not really like this service took to long .And did not do a good job not happy at all.

Great Job and friendly, but very overpriced. I had 600 square feet of tile done and WOW. Then I had a coupon for a free upholstery really was hoping they would do couch and chair for what they charged for tile. I after the fact, researched prices and found out I paid a bit more than average by a couple hundred at least.

Good service got all the spots out showed up early explained all options and their guarantee would recommend

1. Company does bait and switch. Refused to honor coupon or price quoted on phone. Would only do work for a much higher price.
2. Employee technician did terrible job, moving the carpet cleaning machine left to right moving down carpet but did not clean between areas of movement thus not cleaning entire carpet which now has stripes of clean, dirty, clean, dirty, etc.
3. Technician did not clean all areas of carpet. Between couch and coffee table technician cleaned near couch, then turned to clean near table, but failed to clean area between, thus remaining dirty area between 2 clean areas.
4. Technician damaged my baseboards causing scrapes and dents to baseboards with paint falling onto carpet which technician failed to clean, leaving damage to baseboards needing repair and painting.

I would NOT recommend this company and plan to report them to my city business license department, Better Business Bureau, and dispute to revoke my credit card charge

The carpet was well cleaned. However, I thought I was signing up for $40 per room and the representative charged me $900 for 3 rooms!!!! He claimed the room was oversized (only 1 room was larger and we did not move any furniture which made the square feet even less to clean). In addition, water spilled all over the floors and left the house a disaster. NOT a good experience.

I had my ceramic tiles cleaned and sealed. We had moved into this house 5 yrs ago and had no idea that our grout was suppose to be a light color beige! Robert and Derrick was so professional and quick. They made my tile flooring look like new! I am very pleased and impressed with the work they did. I would definitely maintain my tiles with this company. Thank you!!

Representatives called to inquire about coming earlier than my appointment window, which worked out better for me. They listened to what my needs were and shared my options. Each option was more costly but they did not pressure me. They honored my coupon for upholstery cleaning and made time to clean a couch. Carpet cleaning was very good in an area that had been covered up for many years but was very dusty. Representatives were very professional and worked within a timely manner.

I have used Chem dry before and was extremely happy with the results and felt the cost was fair. The last time was about 5 years ago. This time, the cost was 3 times the amount! I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" However, the cost I had to pay for 1 sofa, 4 rooms plus the pet urine and odor this time was enough I could have bought new carpet! We are talking about $2500 here! Waaaayyyyy too much! I will be trying someone else next time.

Robert and Brandon worked together quickly. They did a great job. The only thing is after they left I realized with the cost of my rug cleaning I could of replaced it with a brand new rug if i spent $20 more at my local chain hardware store. I don't buy high end rugs. The cost would have been worth it if it was a high end rug.

We were pleased with the results of the cleaning process however felt the company was less than forthcoming with the cost. Initially the price was discussed through the phone but once technicians arrived they were obviously told not to provide services at this price point. Frustrating way to do business-I understand that they can’t see carpet conditions without being there, but it truly felt like bait and switch.

Reno was an amazing technician. Very professional and helpful. He made my 28 year old carpets look new again.

They were very prompt and came out and gave me the bid. Then when I scheduled an appointment for the job, they were also as prompt. They did an excellent job. I had called Stanley Steemer, and the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude. they misrepresented their coupon and they were a lot more expensive.

I originally was happy with the service while brushed and still wet. The area rug is still dirty. They didn’t clean the carpet behind my bedroom door?! And they didn’t clean around the end tables next to my bed. Just plain lazy. My couch and love seat look fine. For the price I paid, I think I could do better elsewhere and will try a different company next time.

Robert was on time, pleasant and professional. He finished my 4 rooms in under an hour, they looked great and were usable in 2-3 hours as promised. I' ve been using Integrity Chem-Dry the last 3 times i have needed carpet cleaning and they never disappoint. Great job !

The manager was short with me and very rude. The service was HORRIBLE!!! The cleaners left all the dirt from the carpet cleaning packed against my white baseboards and left my baseboards filthy. I spent 2 hours cleaning and picking up the wet goo from the carpet cleaning. I will NEVER use this business again and you shouldn't either. They get ZERO stars. Over the phone I was quoted one price but when the cleaners arrived they told me it would be a higher price. I felt scammed. Bad Business, Bad!

The price was higher than my budget but overall carpets came out clean! Took out some gnarly stains off my floors I didn’t think was possible. Thank you Aaron for the great experience! Fast and friendly.

Professional, friendly, on time. Nice guys that showed up to get the job done. Still some pressure on up-selling different options from initial bottom price. I never get used to that no matter how many times I’ve had my carpet cleaned by all companies. I just wish the advertising was super clear and upfront. Anyway. I would use this company again.

They cleaned a sofa and 10 chairs, plus tile floors. Reno and Phillip were friendly, professional, and quick. One of the chairs had a large red stain on it and they were able to completely remove it.

This was a very frustrating experience the estimate for my service was $240.00 then the technician arrives and starts trying to unsell everything getting us to $700.00. He refused to just due the Basic cleaning I had arranged for. We ended up cutting to only few areas at $400.00. Technician said it would be dry in 6 hours with our heater on at 75. It’s still damp 24 hours later. It is clean.

They did a good job, professional, courteous and arrived on time.
