2 guys showed up and did a thorough job of cleaning the tile and grout, then sealed it.
They have been working together for 20 years and it shows, they are a team.
I recommend and would use them again.

Justin and his partner were very friendly and informative. They were more expensive than I anticipated but he assured me that all my stains would not return. We will see

Integrity Chem-Dry reached out for my review. Not impressed. I had a coupon & was told "that won't even take 20 mins (3 rooms) like a fool I took the up sell. A hand held spray was put on. About 3 squirts a room. Too 25-30 mins. And they were done. I also had coupon for "free" bottle of stain remover. I wasn't given that. I called the office and was told someone would drop it off. That didn't happen. I'm a big fan of Chem-Dry in the future I will be using Solo Chem-Dry. I made a BIG mistake not calling them.

They were on time, explained the difference between chem dry and steam cleaning. They got my expensive Hawaiian rug cleaned beautifully. Unfortunately the bedroom did not come clean and I have called them back to redo it. We shall see.

The service team was late buy an hour and a half above the window that they gave me. I had three rooms and one stairs done.
They stayed here for about 40 minutes.
The quality of the work was mediocre to say the least oh, I did not see any improvement on my carpet, as if it was made wet and that's it. The carpet was only 1 years old.
When confronted the technician, he said that the carpet is bad quality, although the home is new and we paid an additional $16,000 for premium carpet.
The technician was nice and personable.
Needless to say, I will not use them again.

All I can say is not as advertised. Late to show up. What my coupon said “3 or more special” 40.00 per room. I had 2 rooms, stairs and 2 hall ways. Expected around 240.00 but was charged 410.00. Not happy. Get quote before they come out and save yourself some dough.

First of all I was very disappointed when these guys came over look at the stairs , hall and master bedroom , wrote up a quote for 550.00 I was told over the phone that it would be 40.00 each for three rooms , which I assumed the hall and our small closet would be equivalent to a room, then 13.00 steps would be 80.00$, she told me it would be 200.00$ then I get this quote for 550.00, I was shocked , they said they could do basic for 380.00, but no guarantees , I wish I would of said thank you but no thank you and sent them on their way, do you your homework when looking for carpet cleaners

The price was more than double what I have paid before to have my carpets cleaned. They assured me it would be dry in two hours but this morning they are still wet and the job was completed at 1:30 yesterday afternoon. Fast dry time was the major reason I picked Chem Dry. That being said the carpets look great and all the pet stains came out. They say they will come back if the stains reappear. The guys were pleasant and efficient.

Very fast and efficient. Total bill was higher than the advertised “deal” for three rooms, but there were several spots to remove, which was extra. Overall, the carpet in all three rooms looks great. Will use them again in a couple years, when they are do for their next cleaning. The two guys by the way, were very nice and professional. I gave them each a nice tip. They deserved it. That kind of excellent customer service is hard to find these days. Highly recommend this business.

The employee Jason was so respectful and profesional informing me what other Service the company provide and giving estimate for service future I can do and he arrived on time before coming letting me know when he is on his way communicating with me .great service .my carpet not only need it the cleaning but need it better smell and now is swelling clean with lemon fragrance.

Dishonest business practice. BUYER BEWARE. I WISH I would have read the reviews before hiring them. I was quoted $49 per room and $45 for a spot clean for one closet. When they arrived I was told that all of my carpets needed spot cleaning. There was nothing in my 2 other rooms that shouldn't come out with a normal cleaning - no spot cleaning necessary with all other companies we've used. We were quoted $600+ to have it done properly and with a warranty. We were expecting to pay $192!

I just had them 'clean' the carpets with NO SPOT CLEANING and the total came to $370. My carpets still have all of the light dirt stains from shoes that they did before. I paid $370 for NOTHING! NEVER AGAIN!!! (crying)

The guys were very polite. I found them to be quite expensive and expected the quality to match the price. Along the sides of the carpet was missed.
I did have them return and redo some areas which helped. I should have asked for other areas to be redone.
Attention to detail was not great on the first visit.
The second visit was better I should have reported more.
I did have some damage to the footrest on a recliner and am waiting to hear how it will be handled.

I would not use these guys again. They charged $500 to clean two upholstered chairs, a headboard, and a runner in the kitchen. There’s still a stain on the headboard. The chairs look better than they did, but there are still several areas that they missed. They came back twice to re-clean the chairs. The second time the guy said it was just wear and tear and he basically did nothing. The third time the guy re-cleaned the entire chair but once again missed most of the areas that needed re-cleaning. Their cleaning process works, much of the dirt and oil was removed, but the problem is impatient, inexperienced, poorly trained field technicians.

Very professional, great communication, and great service. Got my couch cleaned and flooring in a bedroom cleaned. Would definitely use them again and we will! Highly recommend.

The coupon that’s advertised is not what you’re going to get. They will try to up charge you when they get to your home. One thing I checked out when they left was they don’t use the chem dry machine that you see on their video so I don’t think you’re really getting the chem dry treatment I paid for. Was charged 175.00 to clean a 9&13 area rug. When all was

done I was charged 600.00 dollars. What a rip off.
I would not recommend this company. Make sure you ask the company if they are using a chem dry machine before you hire them to clean your carpets. That’s why I decided to use this company.

3br x40=130, added another 10.00 for deep cleaning spray which should’ve been the total but they multiplied that x’s 3 and charged 390.00 for 3 rooms. I’ve cleaned my rooms myself but can’t now that I’m taking care of my mother. Don't give your money away, find an honest company. I won’t make this mistake again.

We had our carpets cleaned by Justin and Jason. We are extremely satisfied with the cleaning. They are knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend integrity Chem-Dry.

Excellent service. Tracy & Jasper did an excellent job on my floors, making them look like new!

The work that was done was good. What surprise me is when the technician arrived, he gave me a quote that was $200 more than the original quote that I got from a different technician . He told me that the original technician left the company. I feel that the company should have honored that original written quote.

Wish I took before and after pics because I was very pleased with the outcome of having them clean our our cushion that rain, dirt, and recently a stray cat had destroyed and made unusable for me and my family. Went from gray to white with very few leftover and expected stains. Also saved us a lot of money to replace. Great price, quick service, and happy customer. Would use again
