Had appointment for Saturday 11/09 at noon, they were on time but they were done before 1230pm. They were notified that my room had stains and odor that needed to be removed as there website also mentions that, stains were removed but the smell is still there if not worse, doesn’t smell deodorized or clean. At first when they’re done, it “looks” clean but once the drying process starts, is when I saw the difference and it really doesn’t look clean. I’ve had my carpet cleaned before by someone I just found on FB market place and they did a better job all around and really put in the work for more then 25 mins unlike Optimum Cleaning. I chose Optimum Cleaning because I follow Perris Matters on social media and they kept promoting their services, so I gave them a shot. Had company over on Sunday and was kind of embarrassed because they had asked why my room smells “like that”. So now regret it and to top it off they charged me $150, whereas the other person did my master bedroom and my sons room for $100! And no smell no nothing left behind. Will be calling that person again to do my carpet once again.

The gentleman were very accommodating and worked around my schedule even though I kept changing it! They are professional, did a very thorough job and definitely are extremely knowledgeable about carpets and cleaning! Charlie even came back per request and did some exterior power washing for me which was wonderful. I knew he was trustworthy and he kindly fitted that into his busy schedule 😊 Highly recommend them!!!

Optimum arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment, but didn't ring the doorbell until our scheduled time. I'm so happy with the job they did in my home. I had a sofa, and stairs cleaned. The very next day, both were dry and look amazing. They have the right tools to get the job done right.

They did a great job on my mom's carpets. Charles & Tasha even moved my mom's furniture at no extra charge. I highly suggest hiring going with this company for your carpet cleaning & we will definitely use them again in the future.

Optimum Cleaning Services did an outstanding job! I had some stubborn ink spots in my office carpet and high-traffic areas in the hallway and bedrooms that I thought were beyond saving. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs!! I needed a last minute carpet cleaning, and Optimum Cleaning Services came through and exceeded my expectations. My carpet is old and had pet stains. Charles and his team were able to get them all of the pet stains out, and my carpet is very clean and it smells amazing!!! Excellent customer service also!!
