Had them clean an apartment upon moving out, and they just didn't do a good job. They lied about what they had cleaned, even when specifically asked. Now we will also be charged for cleaning by the apartment management.

I should have listened to other reviews.

We are always very pleased with the cleaning that the the Pros provide for us. Today we had Karla and Marie. Always happy when they show up for service.

First let me start with saying I have a little OCD and I like things extra clean and my younger years I was a housekeeper so my standards are very high that's why I requested a deep clean / move out knowing my standards are high they came in and i was about 90% satisfied they were very kind apologetic and sent somebody over promptly to touch up the little things that were overlooked from the deep cleaning my biggest concern was the kitchen as I just moved in when the second girl Yadira m came she went way above and beyond what I expected I was satisfied at first but I am extremely happy and will definitely use them again the whole experience was incredible even over the phone deciding what would best fit our family my son said she's lit mom and very polite thank you again Maidpro of Riverside see you next month very satisfied customer ✌️💜

Maid Pro makes sure you are satisfied the first time, but if you do find anything not to your satisfaction, they will make it right immediately. Great service for over 10 years.

MaidPro is a company that is easy to work with whether you need a onetime cleaning or if you need weekly or monthly service. All of the staff from office to field are friendly and courteous.

very disappointed. One lady came to do a move in clean and probably spent 8 hours cleaning our place. The owner called and said she would be finished soon and only had two rooms left, but when i went to check on her she had not finished even the first half of the house. They ended up charging us more and still did not finish the whole house. everything was still really dusty and the floors were dirty. The worst part was that before she left i did a sweep and saw a broken light, i confronted her about it and she said "oh i meant to tell you, it was already broken". but i know for a fact it wasnt. i called and complained to the owner and they said they would send someone else out to redo the cleaning but at that point i was just frustrated i wasted 300 dollars and did not want to deal with it.
i would not recommend their service.

We are very pleased with the work Carmen Gama does for us. She is always on time, does a through job, is very polite and cheerful. We recommend her work to anyone considering maid service.

I have WAY TOO MANY dogs so my house is always a disaster, but Maidpro comes in and makes it presentable every time! I dont know how they do what they do, it takes me an entire day off to make it as clean as they do. They even clean my dogs water dish! Worth every penny!

Barbara is very dependable and always on time. She manages to work around us old folks, plus our dog Cinder. We can not put Cinder outside because of her hips. Barbara just does a great job. Wish everyone at maid pro a very Happy Thanksgiving.

This company really values its clients and that pride shows through the employees. Dani has cleaned my home a couple of times, and does a sparkling job while being sympathetic of the concerns of a pet parent and not letting my babies out. 5 stars! 😊

Staff handles themselves professional and friendly. Unfortunately have very low clean standards, two people 7 hours and didn't even do 70% of the house what was agreed, but yet they did called me around 12:30 to tell me they needed more time, so I agree ...when I got to the house were they were supposed to be doing a deep cleaning on, they had not even one room 100% cleaned... This was 7 hours into the work... So I asked one of the ladies if she could show me what had been completed so far, they stayted it the kitchen was completed;- counters were only wiped out, some cabinets hadn't even been touched, light fixture and range hood wasn't even touched either and the living room they only kinda clean a fireplace and based boards nothing else was done, when I questioned if that appeared to be clean she mentioned they were trying to complete it, they couldn't cleaned the fireplace more because there's carpet... so I then proceeded to asked if she believed they were going to be able to complete a deep cleaning into the rest of the house within the 4 more hours they had requested if they hadn't even completed one full room, she mentioned they were going to try to... ( at that time they were both working on cleaning the bathrooms) I walked outside called them back spoke with Barbara and asked to have them stop the work because of the above mentioned the rest of the house hadn't even been touched and that I was very disappointed with the cleaning standards so far... She mentioned she was just getting to the office and was gonna talk with Gerald about it... Long story short Gerald offered a $200 discount .. they charged full price into my credit card...and 22 days later still yet to see the 200 discount applied, so NO I would Not recommend their service at all, it's unfortunate.

Extremely satisfied with the great job Maid Pro did for mew today. Cara was great, extremely friendly and cleaned my house beyond my expectations. I will definitely be using this great company again in the future.
