We had beige colored stain carpet that had been cleaned before but didn't look really clean...This time we chose Optimum Cleaning Service which was on time and made the carpet almost look new! And they gave me a Senior Discount upon asking! Very satisfied and will use them again...

Charlie was wonderful and professional. They were on time, good communicators, and even helped me carry a mattress in to get it cleaned, which he did not have to do. Very helpful. They cleaned one room with carpet, sofa, and a couple of chairs, and a mattress that I wanted freshened after being in storage.

My photos don’t do it justice. My carpet was originally a light cream color that looked brown. In less than 2hrs they totally restored my carpet to its original beauty. One of our rooms was found to have dog stains and they cleaned it and deodorized it now it’s the cleanest it’s ever been. I once tried to clean my carpet with the rug doctor and thought I did a good job, I will never do that again. The cleaning crew was punctual, professional and friendly, hard working, great eye for detail. They cleaned up when they were done. The price value is worth every penny. They cleaned 3rooms, hallway and my stairs. And they wore face mask. Appointment making was easily done through Facebook messenger when I watched their add and I paid using zelle. I’m definitely using them for other cleaning needs.

I did the unthinkable I waxed my laminate floors and after a period of time I saw scratches on my floors and I attempted to remove it myself very Painstaking I asked around and was referred to Optimum cleaning services and was very impressed with the job they had done. I will surely be using them for all my cleaning needs.

Omg! I love my floors Charles of optimum Cleaning was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! He used a buffer on my vinyl plank floors and transformed them back to their original luster. He did my carpet and scotch guarded them to protect them from my grandkids. I love my house again and I highly recommend Optimum Cleaning Services!

I was referred by a friend, and Optimum capet did not disappoint. My carpet was heavily soiled due to pets and kids, and I can't honestly see a trace of old stains. I recommend, plus they shampoo and steam clean your carpet.

The service and professionalism were GREAT! I watched videos and loved what I saw in their work. After asking someone about their work, I was convinced that they were who I wanted to hire.

They were on time, in fact earlier with my permission and did the work fast, neat and easy. I had my carpet and stairs stream cleaned and my tile floor cleaned, eliminating the grout and adding a sealer to protect it going forward. Optimum Cleaning Service did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. They were early, very professional and removed the stains from my carpet. I highly recommend them and will be using them again. Charlie and his staff were friendly as well.

I requested for them to see if they could come and clean my hallway. And my stairs with the notification for less than 24 hours! They were very kind to me. They made those arrangements with me. They even showed up a whole hour early. They were very professional courteous. And they did the job well, I highly recommend them and I will be calling them again and the rate was a good price. Other companies was trying to charge me double the price. It was quick, the carpet dried quick and my son dameuel was very happy

This may be my 4th time using Optimum Cleaning. In the past, they have done my couches and my entire house. Very reasonably priced, show up on time, work quickly, get out without any water or dirt on my other floors. Really, top-notch carpet cleaning. I can trust the results, so I will continue to use their service. 5 stars highly recommended.

I used Optimum Cleaning Services on 10/4/25 and am 100% dissatisfied with their carpet cleaning. First, they were late 30 minutes for a 9am Saturday appointment. The woman showed up and appeared to be sick as she was coughing the entire time they were here. The gentleman/owner was a man of few words and seemed to be in a bad mood as he threw around his equipment in our driveway. They cleaned 3 rooms in 45 mins, granted we had spent the night before clearing the floors and emptying the entire living room including the couch so it was easier for them. It was such a rush job. We were told the carpet would be dry in 4 hours but the next morning some areas were still damp postponing us putting the rooms back together. The heavy traffic areas were still matted down after drying and vacuuming and the carpet seemed to have a sticky feel to it. Fast forward 3 months and I've had to re-clean the entire 3 rooms with my home steam cleaner because the carpet looked dirty again. Now they finally feel fluffy and the matted areas even appear better. It was such a waste of time and a good chunk of money since we also had them clean some area rugs, one of which I had to throw away and replace since it got so dirty so fast after their cleaning. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment in my front yard and also left big clumps of hair and carpet fibers in my mulch beds. I would not use again and do not recommend this company. Maybe I got them on an off-day but I did not receive 5-star service that Saturday.

Update - I must say I'm disappointed. The stan came back a few days later, and a new stain emerged from what I believe to be one of the products used. The owner is very friendly, great guy, but the guarantee isn't much of a guarantee. I wish I could give a higher star rating, but with these results and the failed guarantee I can't
