Always a good partner

This company is honest and trustworthy with us over 5years.

Great service from CleanServ. On the spot care from a quality organization. Highly recommend CleanServ to small business owners with commerical space. Superb products are used, such as probiotics, providing a safe sanitized feel.

We've used them for many years. Responsive and accommodating to requests. No complaints, would recommend.

Rosendo and his team have always been responsive, flexible and reliable. They are proactive and go above and beyond. I am looking forward to a longterm relationship!

I highly recommend CleanServ if you are looking for a cleaning service for your business. They are punctual, efficient, and have a great attitude; Rosendo makes sure that our office is taken care of and that there is no issues.

We received a bid. When calling to schedule a lady could not answer us. They wanted to schedule a Saturday at 7am or a Thursday at 4:30 pm. We asked how long will it take and how many people will be working on our vacant 3,500 square foot building. She could not answer. Then we start getting texts from multiple numbers pushing us to pick one. We can’t do weekends or sit in car waiting until 9 pm. We got the bad vibe.. don’t do it and decided no! The lady called again this morning and we said no thank you and she says “ thank you for your time looser”! Un professional.

Rosendo and the team at CleanServ aim to please. They have taken on all sorts of special request cleanings for us, from window washing to caring for a historic house. Although Covid 19 has presented challenges, CleanServ has been a reliable partner with us through this crisis.

We have used CleanServ for many years (20+) at our Child Development Center in Sunnyvale. Our assigned Janitor, Jose Duran is an excellent custodian. Always on time, never absent and does an excellent job cleaning our eight classrooms for Infants through Fifth Graders. During Covid we also used CleanServe Disinfecting and Fogging service as we have had several COVID exposures and had to conduct serious cleaning and decontamination of the classrooms.

If you are looking for commercial janitorial services, CleanServ Universal is the best. I have known CleanServ since last two years. Rosendo is such an amazing leader leading the team, maintaining client relationships in a proficient way. Their Covid cleaning activities are extremely beneficial. Their staff is responsible, punctual and does an excellent work. Very impressive! I would strongly recommend CleanServ for commercial janitorial services.

Great team over at CleanServ. A very responsive team, and a high quality work at an affordable price. It was truly a pleasure when Rosendo stopped by unrequested just to check in on things and see if we were having any trouble. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a clean building.

Rosendo and his team did a nice job cleaning our first floor hard floors, and our 2nd floor carpets. His followup was timely and addressed my questions.

i really liked how easy it was to book my chimney sweep online. then elias showed up right on time—he was super friendly and answered all my questions about my fireplace. he even went the extra mile and found my fireplace manual, then emailed it to me. great experience from start to finish!

Raymond and Elias came out to our place in Mountain View and did a fantastic job sweeping our chimney. They showed up right on time, were friendly, and explained everything clearly. They even showed me pictures as they worked, which helped me understand what was going on. They fixed the draft problem with our chimney and found a quick fix for our electric fireplace too, all in under 45 minutes. The price was fair for such a helpful service, and they even cleaned the electric fireplace before leaving. I definitely recommend RSC Chimney Cleaning for anyone needing chimney work done.

RSC Chimney Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning and inspecting our chimney. The team was prompt, friendly, and worked efficiently. What impressed me most was how Raymond really listened to our concerns about keeping our fireplace safe and clean, and he made sure everything was handled just as we wanted. I would highly recommend their chimney sweep services to anyone in Mountain View looking for reliable and professional work. Outstanding service!

i was very happy with the chimney sweep service. raymond, the technician, was professional and did a careful job. he scheduled the appointment quickly and made sure to clean the chimney thoroughly from top to bottom. the vacuum system he used kept our home completely clean with no ash or soot left behind. raymond answered all our questions and also installed a new stainless steel chimney cap for us when we asked. i highly recommend this chimney sweep company for anyone needing fireplace or chimney cleaning in the area.

elias was our chimney sweep technician, and we've had him come out to our home in mountain view twice now. each time, he has been friendly, helpful, and did excellent work. whenever i had questions about our fireplace or chimney, he explained everything clearly, so i felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. elias showed up right on time, got all his chimney sweep tools ready quickly, and worked carefully to make sure every part of the chimney and fireplace was cleaned thoroughly. he also made sure to protect our living space and cleaned up everything before he left, which i really appreciated—especially since in the past, other companies left soot behind for me to clean up. it was such a relief to see everything spotless after he finished. i plan to have them come back every year for our annual chimney cleaning. the price was very reasonable, and the service was top-notch.

I had my chimney and fireplace checked by this company in Mountain View. Scheduling the appointment was quick and simple, and the whole process was smooth. Elias arrived right on time and really knew his stuff—he explained everything about my chimney in a way that was easy to understand. I didn’t know much about chimney maintenance before, but now I feel much more informed thanks to their expertise. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend their chimney sweep services to anyone in the area.

Elias is very knowledgeable when it comes to chimneys and fireplaces. He has helped two of my clients by explaining how their fireplaces work and taking care of the necessary chimney repairs quickly and professionally. Both clients felt more confident about their fireplaces after his visit. The service was efficient and informative from start to finish.

just had the old chimney liner taken out and a new one installed at my place in mountain view. elias and the team were super polite, respectful, and did a really thorough job. they made sure to keep everything neat and tidy, and honestly, you couldn't even tell they’d worked in the house because they cleaned up so well. even my garage looked better after they left! throughout the whole chimney sweep process, they kept me updated about their arrival and let me know if there were any delays, but they still showed up within the time window i was given. their prices are fair and reasonable too. i’ll be using them again whenever i need my chimney cleaned or checked. highly recommend their service if you need any chimney work done!

Elias was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to explain our chimney setup and showed me how to safely use our wood-burning fireplace, since I’m new to it. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the whole chimney sweep service. I highly recommend their services, but suggest calling early to schedule an appointment, as they can get pretty busy here in Mountain View.
