Prompt arrival, clean installation, Austin very knowledgeable, no pushy sales, JC Plumbing was referred to me by six neighbors in my cul-d-sac..I had rear spigot, shutoff valve and pressure regulator all replaced..I now have piece of mind when I travel.

This is my 3rd time calling on JC Plumbing. Needed the washing machine shut off valve and main line valve replaced. Jack provided transparent pricing that is pre-loaded on his tablet and he cleaned up so well you couldn’t tell he was even here. He is very communicative and is a pleasure to work with. He is our official “go to” plumber.

JC plumbing once again came through with great quality and service. They replaced my 15 year old water heater with an energy efficient tankless unit. This is my second experience with JC plumbing and they are professional and kind from start to finish. Austin explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions before starting the work. He laid out the plan of action and the price of the work with full explanation which I appreciated. I am happy with their work and professional employees and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs. I have to admit I did not call around and get price quotes because we needed the repairs done right away, so I’m not sure how competitive they are with pricing compared to other companies, but all parts do come with a 2 year warranty as well.

I had severe grease buildup in the pipes causing 100% blockage in the kitchen sink. Jack installed our new Novu water softener, he was personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. His attention to detail, and was meticulous with every portion of the install. He was able to identify through his quality assurance checks, that our pressure regulator was bad, (pressure was at 150 psi) which could have been a disaster. He replaced our pressure regulator with a new up to date, easy to use, easy to adjust, with a gauge on the out put side of the regulator. He has a readily available source of parts and materials on his truck ready for any situation that may come up during a repair or install! Cleaned everything through and after the process! I had an annual inspection of plumbing in my home which included a water heater flush. I also had a shower valve rebuilt. Austin, who did the inspection and service, explained everything that he did. We have used Jack several times over the past 2 years to remove some standard height toilets. We had him to replace them with chair height with soft close seats. Excellent customer service. I had no hot water Friday morning. I called JC plumbing they came out and quoted me on the cost of the repair along with other options. We decided given the age of the water heater to replace it. Danielle was so kind and answered all my questions and concerns. My old sink and faucet were rusting away, leaking everywhere, and my dishwasher was beyond repair. They came out a couple of weeks ago on a Wednesday morning, and by 1pm they had completed the job. They removed everything and installed a brand new dishwasher, kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. They completely re-plumbed it all.

I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before leaving a review, just to see how things worked. I’ve had no leaks and zero issues. Everything works as expected. JC Plumbing was very professional, from the initial site visit and estimate, all the way through completion. I will definitely be using them for future projects. Highly recommended!!! The service from JC plumbing is superb! From the first phone call to their office, the lady who answers is sweet and accommodating as one can be. Austin was first on the scene and he was kind, conscientious and thorough. Problem was larger than first thought and the owner Jack arrived and worked in the rain to get our problem resolved.
