He was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the process clearly. The installation was done quickly and with great care. My Insurance company is requiring that I install an automatic leak detection shut-off valve. Through a third party, I was put in contact with Gardner Plumbing who assigned a very nice plumber: Jake. He was friendly and experienced and took the time to explain the process to me.

The installation took about an hour and a half which included a review of the monitoring app on my phone. As for the workmanship, Jake did a great job doing the installation. It was top notch.

Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience with Gardner Plumbing, and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

I’ve had Gardner Plumbing come to my house on three different occasions for three different things. It was to install a Moen Flo shut off system, clogged pipe in my kitchen sink and replace the valves for my washer. Each time they were professionally, prompt and cleaned up after they were done. Their prices are fair and they provide great customer service and are honest. I will continue to use them in the future and I highly recommend them.

Cody and TJ were excellent! Had a slab leak that put us without hot water. They came over and were able to track the issue and fix it for us. They had great communication throughout the process and will definitely be using them again.

We have had two technicians from Gardner do work at our residence. Today Andrew D installed a Moen Smart Water Flo Shut off. He made sure we understood how the device worked, he stayed until after dark installing it and helped us navigate the app. It was great service.

TJ/Mitchell absolute best in the industry! We had an emergency water heater leak and TJ helped us drain the water heater. Mitchell then installed our new heater with some new configurations all up to code.
