Adam came by on short notice for a furnace inspection after another company had a months’ wait. He also managed to get my new water heater working again when a plumbing contractor couldn’t figure it out!

Working with Adam and Jenson was an absolute pleasure, and not only were they attentive in doing their best to solve my thermostat issue but they were also very personable and kind. Definitely recommend working with them!

Adam did a great job of retrofitting a mini-pair of mini spit systems in to the offices of our 35 year old industrial building. His pricing was very competitive, he gave us several system options to choose from and explained the benefits of each.
Installation was fast, tidy and everything was cleaned up and put away when they finished. We had one infant mortality issue that he fixed promptly and one unforseen installation issue that was partially our fault that he took care of at no additional charge.

Adam was responsive to all my calls and questions and was able to work with me on a rental unit needing a new heater ASAP. His installation looked good to me and I'm pretty critical of having the job done right! I would definitely recommend, at the very least, contacting him for a bid and I think once you do, you'll like him and his bid well enough that you'll use his company!

I can't say enough to recommend this highly professional, competent, and fair priced business. I had a forced air heating problem which two other companies were never able to fix. Adam and Justin of Ambient came out to my home on short notice and were able to diagnose and fix the problem, which was a tricky electrical problem. As soon as Adam discovered the issue he was right on top of ordering the parts and getting the repair done in an incredible amount of time! Adam gave me a quote for the repair in advance and charged me exactly as he had quoted. Through out the entire process they were in good communication and they were always respectful of my time and my home. Adam gave me an incredible price and now my heater is finally working! I discovered Ambient Experts using a Google search for Bryant HVAC dealers in my neighborhood. Adam recommended pulling an 8-wire thermostat cable to install a true hybrid gas-electric heating system. He finds power extenders to be unreliable and unnecessary in my case. The next morning, he came out with his crew and rewired my Carrier heat pump, Bryant furnace, and EcoBee thermostat. They did a standard dual-fuel system wiring in about 2 hours. It conforms to industry standards, and the price was very reasonable. I am happy, and believe that my system will be much more reliable in the future. I would use them for warranty service any time. I wish I had known about them when I got bids for the job.

We inherited a broken gas furnace and old ductwork when we purchased our 1930s home and were looking for a modern/efficient heat-pump replacement and full re-ducting of the house that would be more efficient and provide heating & cooling. We got bids from a number of other companies, and went with Ambient Experts due to their reasonable price estimate and honest work they've done for us in the past.

Adam and crew put together a brand new system that we are in love with. They were patient and helpful through our planning process and adaptive to the various requests that we had. They completed the project on-time and system is running great!

Was connected by LG and given a $200-500 range by Oren to clean dryer ducts. This is a yearly requirement so imagine how much you would be spending with Oren.
