Years ago Atlas installed our heating system and it is still working well. This fall we pressed to many buttons on our thermostat and screwed it up. Honeywell lead us through a kaleidoscope of button punches and restored the program. We had Atlas come out and do a check up, which they did. The technician explained how finicky thermostats can be, and best ways to approach them. Check up went fine. We are back on line and happy with the outcome.

Service folks were super knowledgeable and staff is really friendly and supportive. There was a non-intentional miscommunication on the repair estimate call which resulted in a bad experience for me (see original review below). Atlas was super prompt in taking responsibility which is really awesome.

I will update to 5 stars from 2 as soon as I receive the refund for the service call fee. The folks at Atlas are really great and I would recommend!

I was told a site visit for a furnace repair was going to be 120 and they charged me 220?!?! 120 was apparently just to show up and 100 was for their hourly rate. Seems like something they could have told me before I agreed to this. To make matters worse, I only agreed to getting the estimate which was a second opinion because they said the first folks quoted me way too much. The quote from atlas ended up being more than the original one I had. I definitely would not have agreed to any of this if they had given me accurate information to begin with.

I can't stand being given inconsistent information and didn't feel confident the repair wasn't going to randomly cost twice as much as they quoted me so I ended up not moving forward with Atlas. Shame, because the folks seemed knowledgeable and friendly.

I trust this was an honest mistake and I hate to be giving a 2 star review to what I'm sure is otherwise a great business, but I was also basically scammed out of 220.

I do recommend Atlas, just make sure you get a clear and accountable answer from them on what their prices will be!

I'm so glad I called Atlas to winterize our central heating! They were right on time, polite, friendly, and did not scold when they saw how UN-maintained the system had been. They did a great job and our home indoor air is so much cleaner. Thanks, Atlas!

We were in need of a furnace replacement and I had heard good things about Atlas -- I am very glad that I went with them! Everyone that I worked with at the company was top notch, from the initial sales technician to the leader of the crew putting the system in place as well as the person who did the walkthrough and follow-up at the end. They provided us a competitive quote, did the work on time, and were very communicative and helpful throughout. I highly recommend working with them if you have HVAC needs!

Our furnace was acting up and Atlas sent someone promptly on a weekend when we had no heat - he discovered a faulty thermostat, showed us how to fiddle with it over the weekend so it could be replaced Monday when overtime pricing would not apply. He returned to help us when we had programming problems and now we are set. Always like the responsiveness.

We have just experienced an outstanding furnace installation through Atlas. Nick was thorough in his evaluation of what was needed. That worked seemed seamless. Joe and Justin were the installers. They were here 3 days. They worked between two rooms, doing the tasks efficiently, neatly, professionally and with wonderful
humor. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole
process. Scott checked in a couple times which I appreciated. Kudos to you all!

I wouldn't use anyone else! Their crew is professional, they show up on time and support their products. 2 years ago I installed an a/c unit for my room and it recently stopped working. The warranty was over but Atlas came out and replaced the unit and didn't charge me a penny. Thank you, Atlas.

From having someone come out promptly to give us an estimate, to helping us get a low cost loan on the system and finishing with a quick and drama free installation, the whole process was super easy. Highly recommend their services.

Got a same-day appointment for both my AC and furnace. Ian diagnosed the issues with ease and knocked the repairs out of the park. Fairly priced and solved the issue within an hour. Total professional -- Atlas will be my go to in the future.

Service rep was prompt, polite, efficient and did required work, including subsequent call to replace part, and explained all.

I had heard several positive comments about Atlas plumbing & Heating. When it came to have our central air heater serviced this year we were certainly not disappointed.After contacting them and scheduling our furnace tuneup we mentioned we read yelp reviews for all repairs we do around our home. The scheduling employee congratulated me for being a yelp reviewer and just received a 20% discount just by mentioning yelp for customer satisfaction. It was easy to get an appointment with Atlas. The technician was on time and very friendly. Even though I had not had my furnace tuned up for a few years, there was no judgement. He gave me a detailed report when the job was done. I will definitely use Atlas again.

We have used Atlas for years, during which they have installed and maintained our two furnaces. Recently we had an issue with one furnace late on a Friday night. I left a message, got a call back first thing Saturday morning and a repair person came within the hour. Highly recommend for great customer service.

Atlas Heating has taken care of our homes for 50 years! They are always professional and have great service people. Recently, they added a new air conditioner and furnace to our Cottage. They ran into a problem and had a supervisor here in minutes. I was always informed about the cost and the progress. I highly recommend them!

Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly! They installed my furnace 31 years ago, and recently parts started to fail (or became "tired"). Erick was prompt, diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts needed to fix, and even got the furnace to work temporarily. Parts came in early and Atlas worked around my schedule to install them! Works like new. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

My furnace was still under warranty, but stopped working. I called Atlas and they came promptly, only to point out that the reason the heat wouldn't come in was that construction workers had covered the air intake! My fault, but they were quite cheerful about it. I didn't feel guilty at all. Great service!
