Felipe and his crew did a great job of cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent. They arrived on time, and as I showed Felipe the location of each duct, his team began laying plastic sheets to protect the flooring. They carefully maneuvered the equipment around the house while they methodically vacuumed each duct. When they were finished, they removed the plastic sheets, and it was as if they were never there. I also appreciated Nir describing his services and following up after the job was complete.

Felipe's crew did an excellent job with our air duct cleaning and even identified some unsealed register boots to seal for $30/each. He was thorough, efficient, and respectful of our home (took off shoes on our request)! Filipe and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning our jigsaw puzzle home today! Our home in SF is over 100 years old, and had been added onto or structurally changed more times than we know - we truly do not know what the original house is versus new rooms. All this to say, the house is a labyrinth and can be tricky to navigate. On top of that, we were sure the vents and ducts hadn't been cleaned...maybe ever!

Filipe and his team were fastidious in putting down plastic tarping, shuffling things out of the way, and being very communicative. The main furnace room is right next to my office, and they double checked that I wasn't in a meeting before they started the machine. They arrived right on time with a great heads up and were timely. To be honest, cleaning our ducts and vents and our shower vent were not things I wanted done quickly - I wanted them done right. Filipe and his team really delivered - it was clear they were thorough but also didn't dawdle or spare a minute.

After contacting several cleaning services around the SF area, I wasn't able to find a service that didn't subcontract out the service until Breathable was recommended. I knew once I spoke with the owner Nir, that I was in good hands.

I finished a remodeling project that involved installing new hvac vents, but the contractor did not properly seal them during the remainder of the work. The ducts were filled with construction dust/debris and I scrambled to look for someone to clean them before we moved in. Nir picked up the phone immediately and walked me through the cleaning options, I chose the package that involved cleaning all the way down to the furnace fan.

On the day of service, his crew put down floor covering throughout the house, and carefully removed all the vent covers and returns to rinse and dry them outside. Each vent goes through a brushing/vacuum and a second vacuuming. They took before and after photos for each vent, and they were spotless after the cleaning!

For the primary return to furnace line, they had a large HEPA air cleaner capturing the dust from the bottom of the furnace while the brush was cleaning from the other end. As someone who has asthma and sensitivity, I could tell they took a lot of care with their service. Thank you Nir and team for the excellent care you took with my house!

He was friendly, professional and super knowledgeable, answering all my questions and even educating me on some heat pump functions that the installing company said didn't exist. Alex and his crew did an awesome job cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent/duct in my San Francisco home. The 3-men crew came early, covered the surrounding area of each vent with plastic, removed the vent covers and washed them before cleaning the air ducts. They discovered issues with each register boot not sealed, so they caulked and sealed all 8 for a small fee. They were very polite and efficient...took them almost 3 hours to complete the job. This is the first time having air ducts and dryer duct cleaned after living in my home for 34 years, so the ducts were pretty dirty and even had spider webs inside. They showed me before and after pictures before they left and emailed the pictures to me. I would definitely use them again for their excellent service and very reasonable price.
