This company is partnered with Attic Pros. Service requests go through Attic pros, who no call/no showed both times I tried to get an estimate. I only heard back from Panda Heating & Cooling after leaving this review, over a week and a half after my initial call.

After comparing with 3 different HVAC company for having my 30 years old furnace and old AC unit replaced .I decided to hire HVAC PANDA to install my new heater and my new AC system . The work went very smooth , they were very thorough , professional and their price was really competitive comparing to other companies I got a quote from .

Paid for him to come and check my AC as it wasn't working. He charged $150 to say it was working and that he would be back the next day with filters. He never came back and the AC is still not working. Waste of my money.

These guys were great! AC broke and they had us back up and running. Very professional and thorough. Explained everything and made sure we were comfortable before they left. I recommend this company for sure :-)

If I could give this company 6 stars out of 5, I would. Absolutely wonderful. I needed to repair a very old (54 yrs old to be precise) forced air heater. On very hot days, the heater was coming on and could not be turned off. We changed the thermostat but the problem continued. I looked on line and called 3 different heating contractors. The first told me he would not work on such a heater - I later discovered that that was probably because it was so old (old models do not have self diagnosing computer boards). The second made an appointment with me and then did not show up. The third was Care Heating and Air Conditioning (Jose is the owner). I struck gold.
I was impressed by the whole interaction with Jose and his assistant. They studied the old machine and in the end quickly and efficiently diagnosed a simple problem which they fixed. They also changed the air filter which looked as if it had been in there since the dawn of time. Jose obviously understands the working of these machines. This however is not why I am giving him 5 stars. I am writing because he (and his assistant) made my day better. When a contractor does not show up or is unreliable, it's a big inconvenience. Care Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. were waiting 15 minutes before our appointed time. They were kind, professional and courteous. If they had told me the unit had needed to be replaced, I would have done it because the unit was so old.
I thank them from the bottom of my heart and will always hire them in the future.

We just had the Type X system reset done on our house by the folks at Breathable, and I am pleased to say that it was a great experience working with the team. They responded promptly to the service, answered all of my questions, and found some additional problems that they agreed to fix on the spot! I am grateful to Juan and the team for being efficient, clean and professional during the service. We now have clean ducts with proper filtration in our vents. I hired Breathable for the installation of a heat pump and new air handler, cleaning for the entire duct system, and installation of a filtration system. We are so happy with the team and the service. The whole team was fantastic and the product works great already. They identified damage in the old ducts in our San Francisco house but made immediate and low cost repairs that took care of it and kept us on target and finished in one day. I really can’t say enough good things about the experience of working with the team! It was clear the whole crew were experts and take great pride in their work. It was a pleasure to work with them and with Nir and I really appreciate it. I strongly recommend Breathable for any HVAC work.

What an exceptional customer service experience! From the start - Nir (the owner) was extremely speedy in his response to my initial inquiry for service. The options were clearly explained and the pricing was simple to understand. I chose a Type-B System Reset for the same price a competitor quoted me for their version of the Type-A System Reset. And that company made me search through their web site to determine the service provided.

Once I made my choice the communication continued to be clear and swift, leaving no doubt as to what to expect.

On the day of service Juan called me about ten minutes ahead of the window of time quoted to give me a precise arrival time. Juan and his team of Noel and Jose were very respectful of my place and used masks the entire time ensuring everyone's safety. Juan explained in detail what they were going to do and took pictures of the sad current state of my HVAC system. They laid down plastic and got to work.
A couple of additional issues were uncovered and Juan was clear on how they could fix it and how much it would cost to do so - both items were very reasonably priced and I felt absolutely zero pressure to have him complete the extra work. They worked very neatly and cleaned up impeccably. He provided me with pictures of the results to show me what they accomplished.

I would recommend them to my mother and will absolutely use them next time.
