Beggining of this year we had a collapsed sewer. We were told by Challenge Rooter that they completed a video inspection & per the inspection we needed a trench less replacement.

My warranty needed the following information to move forward with a claim: diagnosis, location of failure, location of failure, cause of failure, length of failed portion, length of line & cost of breakdown.

According to Rosa from Challenge Rooter they were UNABLE to provide me with these details. (per owner rules EVEN after offering a deposit).

Once we decided to go with another plumber we found out that a video inspection was not even possible as it had collapsed about 8 ft into our sewer.

This is disappointing & I hope no one goes with this company to get scammed.

Had a few hiccups with the scheduling, but the work was top notch. The crew went above and beyond. Instead if digging up the brick and replacing it with concrete, they sawed the mortar and put it all back together when done. When they were done I couldn't even tell someone had dug up my whole yard an hour before.

We contacted Sewer Master to conduct an assessment of our Sewer Lateral. Vincent was responsive to our inquiry and scheduled an appointment to come to our home. He arrived promptly at our appointment time, completed a thorough assessment and outlined our options. Vincent and his team came to my house first, did an evaluation of what needed to be done and gave me a quote. He went through it and explained everything that I would be paying for. Vincent and his team are awesome. I shopped around for a couple different quotes and Sewer Master came through with the lowest offer. Plus they were highly recommended so I decided to go with them for the replacement of my ancient sewer piper in the backyard. The pipe was destroyed by giant tree roots to the point that it was pretty much non-existent. Despite the giant mess of a pipe that was in my yard, when they were done they went above and beyond to try to make the disturbance to my yard as minimal as possible. Super super quick, super professional and you can tell they care about the long term results of their work.

Vincent came out to inspect my home, and instead of trying to sell me services, he quickly pointed out that my sewage system was compliant. He didn't even charge for the inspection.

He also helped me map out my sewage system.

Vincent is an expert; he saved me $20 grand during a half hour visit to my property. If you need work done on your sewage system, definitely start with Sewer Master. I couldn't recommend his services more.

I recently used this company to service a 2"drain line that just kept backing up over the years and it recently got a lot worse. We had a plumbing company come out with a camera but their camera got stuck in the pipe because it wasn't long enough and couldn't tell us exactly what the problem was.

We called Sewer Master and Vincent was very knowledgeable about our the problem we were having. He scheduled his team to check out line with a long camera. He definitely took more steps to locate the problem than the other company did. I was able to see clearly from camera the pipe was broken underground!

Lucas, the foreman on the project was great to work with! He answered all my questions. His team got the job done in 2 days! They really know what they are doing and doing it right! There was no mess at all! The cost was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. I would definitely recommend them!
