The employees at Moran Supply go out of their way to be unpleasant and unhelpful if you did not buy your fixtures or parts from them.

I called Moran Supply to inquire if they sold plumbing fittings, which I needed to install a faucet. I specifically needed a 3/4" compression nut, standard. They confirmed that they carried the piece, so I drove there during my lunch break. I entered with my faucet, to check the fit. Inside the store, I was told that they do not have fittings for me. When I told them I had called, they said that if I had not bought my faucet off the internet, they would help me; however, they did not want to sell me the fitting.

While I want to support a local business, I feel like it is my duty to steer anyone away from Moran Supply. I would also give zero stars, but one star is the lowest option.

Matt (I believe he’s the owner/operator) at Moran saved me $325! I learned that I didn’t need to buy an entirely new faucet! I just needed a $3 tool to remove a blocked filter in my existing faucet. Matt showed me how to do it and made a $3 sale. Now that’s personal service. Thanks, Matt

Best customer service I have ever had at any business.

Went in to get some replacement parts, but they didn't have any of them in stock. Nevertheless, they walked me through how to get the parts I was looking for.

One was an obscure part I would have never found, but the guys there took the time out of their day to track down the part. Turns out the place that made it went out of business 15 years ago, so I would have spent hours searching and eventually would have been forced to replace my entire faucet. Instead, I was able to order a $50 replacement thanks to their expertise and willingness to help.

Needless to say, I will only go one place for my plumbing needs from now on.

Seldom do I have the pleasure of basking in pure professionalism and expertise. Had two 30-year old Kohler shower valves that I needed to replace. The folks at Moran could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful, or friendly. Got the parts right away along with sage advice on installation. Cannot recommend them more highly!
