Isaac, who came to my house Twice to figure out why I was having this humming sound. The first time was late afternoon close to closing time, so I rescheduled for another visit for today, Friday.
Isaac is a five star employee, he was very determine to fine out the source of the humming sound I was having when my faucets where turn on. It vibrated thought out my house. He tried everything.
It was very puzzling, but he kept at it.
The last resource was to check the regulator that EMUD had installed about 2 months ago. That was what was causing the humming noise. Since that belong to EMUD, I called them and they will be out to fix it on Monday. EMUD said it was a defective regulator put in.
Isaac did everything he could, and I have never had a more determine, hard worker, courteous,caring person come to my house to do the work. If every company had an employee like Isaac, the world would be a better place to live in.
KUDOS for Isaac.

HCP did our sewer lateral replacement and it was a very good experience. The bid was competitive, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the workers were very nice. I would use them again.

Our ac went out during the record breaking heat wave a few months ago. My wife has MS and cannot tolerate the heat. They made special arrangements to get someone out the next day. Brad was thorough and went through the whole system and got it working again. He explained everything clearly and did not try to sell me anything extra.

I've used them on several occasions and each time they have done a bang-up job. They are professional, courteous, on time, and finish the job when they say they will. They may not be the cheapest guys around but I have found that with contractors you almost always get what you pay for.
