Absolutely the best heating company. Don Marshall knows everything about heaters and does excellent work. His brother does the plumber and he's' pretty brilliant. Your go to if you have an old house.

Robert from Harry Clark Plumbing and Heating Inc., worked efficiently and pleasantly while installing new hose faucets for my newly purchased washing machine, changed the washers in my kitchen sink faucet, checked the drip in my shower, put a light bulb in my oven, and did the yearly service on my sump pump, all within about an hour! We've used Harry Clark for years. Their standards are excellent, and they stand by their work. They will also support you going to insurance companies or drilling utilities/the city if the repair is something they feel is covered by insurance or caused by somebody drilling in the street.

Have used Harry Clark for several projects, personal and business. Have always found them to be professional and knowledgeable. Not always the lowest price, but for some projects you don't want to skimp. Always worth having them bid. Also great they are a local company!!

I had to have lateral sewer system replaced as it was shot. Everyone from office staff, workers on site, and owner was very professional, efficient, neat and friendly. While that was happening the supervisor on the job noticed a constant flow of water from the house and notified me, and Harry Clark got a plumber out right away and got that fixed too! Thank you to everyone at Harry Clark!

They installed an air conditioning unit for us. After a few more nuts the unit stopped working. They came out to investigate and hopefully repair. The technician was at the house for almost two hours. Near the end I heard him talking to his supervisor on speak phone. The technician stated that he didn’t know why it wasn’t working, they talked it through for a while and then the supervisor instructed the technician to “just tell them they need to call an electrician”. Then we got a bill for the full time the technician was at the house.

We called an electrician as they suggested. The electrician discover the issue in 5 min and explained in detail how Harry Clark had installed the air conditioning unit incorrectly in two different ways. The electrician was also surprised that the unit hadn’t been destroyed by the mistake.

Never again.

They added an air conditioning unit to our 10+ year old heating system. The crew arrived at the day and time agreed and completed the work except for minor follow up in two days. Everything works fine. In addition, they gave us helpful information about how to operate the AC unit efficiently. Worksite was completely cleaned up each day.

I had my first appointment scheduled to have both heating units serviced for my duplex. All went very well and I will plan on having a Harry Clark technician back again next fall. I would not hesitate recommending them.

Harry Clark upgraded sections of our waste pipes and did some minor repairs. I was impressed with the estimator, the 3 technicians, and the office admin I worked with.

They were up front about costs and project concerns. They communicated well. And they stuck to their estimate.

I will use them again in the future.

What a wonderful, professional crew this is, full of integrity and experience, and with great and completely non-phony communication skills. In a world of phone menus and false promises and endless online surveys I was grateful to find Brad and Daniele and everyone at Clark. I don't need my hand held, I don't need to be agreed with; I need consistency and clarity and someone who understands the job and takes it seriously. Harry Clarke installed my new heating system during a major home remodel. The project had many challenges, and the workiers from Harry Clark did a great job with it. They have also serviced the system every year for the past 5 years. Always professional, courteous and well informed. I couldn't ask for more!

I used Harry Clark for two jobs. One involved installing a new tankless water heater that involved running a new gas line, venting and some re-piping. The other project involved moving some exterior plumbing vents so that they wouldn't be too close to a newly installed operable skylight. In both projects, Harry Clark's crews did meticulous work and were extremely professional, competent and easy to work with. Both projects involved office staff to come out for consultation and estimates and the staff listened to what I was trying to accomplished and helped out by making appropriate suggestions for the scale of the work. When talking to other companies, I got the impression that I had to conform to their agenda rather than them trying work within the realities of what was going on with my project(s). In the future, I am planning on doing complete kitchen and bath remodels and Harry Clark will be my preferred plumbing sub on those projects. I should add that I am a former general contractor (now homeowner/remodeler) so I have a bit of experience in all of this. Based on my experience with Harry Clark I recently recommended them to a friend for a new furnace and re-ducting project, and they were chosen to do the work. If I had known about Harry Clark earlier, I would have had them do my heating system as well. So, to sum up, I highly recommend Harry Clark.

We had an excellent experience with Harry Clark installing a new forced air heating system in our 1907 house. This required much planning. The people from Harry Clark were well organized, professional and did a careful job of installing the system. In addition, they willingly communicated with us about the schedule and what work had to be done on a day to day basis.

We had Harry Clark Plumbing and Heating install a mini-split heat pump in our home and the experience could not have been better. The installers - Matt and Martine - showed up on time, worked quietly and efficiently and cleaned up completely before they left. The office staff always answered the phone promptly and related my message to the right person, who also responded promptly. The estimator gave us a good price -- and there were no additional charges at the time of installation.

This review is long overdue-- for a number of years I have used Harry Clark for any plumbing or heating problem in my home or four plex. They communicate clearly, arrive when promised, work with my or tenant's schedules, fix the problem and give information about cause and prevention. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. The phones are always answered during business hours. After using different plumbers from time to time, it's come down to this one company I can depend on. If you are looking for one company to handle plumbing and heating issues, I recommend Harry Clark.

Harry Clark was very professional and on time. The moment the technician, Ronnie, arrived I knew my heater problem was going to get taken care of. He explained everything he was doing as he did it. He worked very efficiently too and got done quickly! It's always a concern that people might work slow on purpose to get paid more, but he came in and did everything so fast! I would highly recommend this company! Even the call center was a pleasure. They were very friendly and reassuring that they could handle the job. It put my mind at ease that I would have heat very soon, especially since I have two small children! I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need help again.

Worked with Harry Clark Plumbing and Heating for many, many years. They have always provided excellent service. Their willingness to work with tight real estate schedules has been extremely helpful. Their inspectors are knowledgeable, are willing to explain their findings in details, and issue required reports in a timely manner (thank you Jason and crew). The office staff, especially Daniele, will always go the extra mile and return calls promptly. Their prices are very fair for the excellent work they perform.

So far this year, Harry Clark installed a new HVAC system for us as our old one was really old. They were great - on time, clean and efficient. Improved the arrangement to even the air distribution to make it work better for our house. They also came immediately when our water heater died just now to replace it. Another great job! We have used them for many years and have always been pleased with the people, the service and the reliable installations.

I wish it was possible to leave 0 stars but alas it is not. I called Harry Clark Plumbing to help with a clogged kitchen sink 2 weeks ago. I took a day off of work to meet them & at 1st the plumber thought my sink just needed snaking & some new piping under the sink. The plumber did not have all the tools he needed & came & went a few times. After several hours he had reconnected everything & after my clogged sink was a leaking sink in 2 places. The drain & the garbage disposal. So much leaking that buckets were needed to catch all the water. He then determined I needed a complete repiping of my sink & that his boss would need to come out to give an estimate thus leaving me with the leaking sink over the weekend. I called later that day & the boss was not in. I waited most of the day the following Monday. Heard nothing from said boss so called & left another message & the receptionist assured me I would be called back w/in a half hour. No call. Decided to give them 1 more day. Still nothing. I contacted another plumber who will be meeting me tomorrow whom I received as a referral from a friend. All said Harry Clark has never called me back. Left me with garbage and in worse shape than I started and charged me close to $400 for that. I see a lot of reviews re heating & air so maybe that is what they are good at. I will never call them for anything again. If it's help with plumbing that you need I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.
