Nick was quick and swift. The shower cartridge was tough to remove but with a little bit of elbow grease was able to do it.

This company was extremely reliable, and delivered as promised. The workers were personable and extremely neat. They did a fantastic job!

Called the day after Xmas. Someone answered and gave me time window and potential $ amount. Nick showed up early, was very professional and explained everything that was happening and what needed to be done.

Nick fixed a pipe, quickly, on a Saturday. He called and arrived even earlier than planned, which worked out well.
He was polite, efficient, neat, and answered all our questions. The fix was expensive, but I am happy to have the leak fixed , and avoid further bathroom damage!
I would definitely have him back.

Arnie was very efficient and appeared to locate the problem and explained everything I asked, but it was also gonna send me photos and explanation of previous word was done incorrectly. I had the same issue in May. Your fellow came out, but never found it couldn’t duplicate it, but he didn’t do the camera or anything? sewer line clogged

The technician notified us that he could arrive early, which was great. He expertly diagnosed the problem, informed us of his solution, and finished up quickly. He was polite, knowledgeable and effective at getting us back to normal. Would definitely recommend and call them again.

Tiffany gets 5 stars, but the company none. Beware, the rate was fair however they'll charge a whopping 50% more additional invoice fee for weekend work, that's $1,000+ more as a fee. But that's not mentioned anywhere on their website, nor when you inquire by phone.

Happy with Branden who provided quick service to our home - leaking is found at the first floor when using shower upstairs. It was a cracking metal casting pipe line which connect to the shower room draining. Then, part of it was replaced for a pvc pipe.

Xavier did a great job and had a fantastic attitude. Job was done on time and a reasonable price. Thank you for the fine work!

Came home from a 2 week trip to a broken water heater and Mr Roger’s had someone out to us the next morning. We had hot water by the middle of the day. Would recommend!

Great experience. Very quick response time when I called . I had a lot of questions about upgrading to a tankless water heater. Jake was knowledgeable and did a great job on the installation.

I just called back for another plumbing issue and these guys were top notch again. I needed some gas lines rearranged for a new range/oven install. This time I had a different technician named Eric and he was just as professional and courteous as the others that I've encountered. I look forward to the next time.

Zach and the whole team and Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing have been excellent! I had a pipe burst in my home and they came out immediately to fix the issue. They made sure I saw the problems and understood what needed to be done. I had them re-plumb my whole home as I live in an old house with old plumbing. They completed it in one day and patched/retextured all the holes they had to make in the drywall. They did great work and communicated consistently so I always knew what was going on. I will use them again without hesitation. I highly recommend the team at Mr. Rogers!

Rerouted hot water line leak. One day job, plumbers were great.

I was referred to Mr. Rogers Plumbing by a friend who raved over the service they've received. Ernie was a consummate professional and I greatly appreciate his attention to detail. The seal on my toilet was leaking a few roots started creeping up. He addressed both AND left my bathroom clean as a whistle. Mr. Rogers will be my go-to Plumber.

Had a very troublesome water leak where my main water line connected at the meter caused by tree roots. Called Mr. Rogers Plumbing for help. When Arnie arrived, he wasted no time; exposed the leak and repaired it in very short order. Simply great service. Thank you!
