I own a small business in North County. Mr Rogers plumbing came and gave my facility a second opinion on a water issue that we had been having. Their knowledge was CORRECT, their work was quick and well done, their technician was skilled and communicative. They saved me tons of money on a correct diagnosis and were wonderful to work with. Cannot recommend them enough.

This was hands down the best plumbing experience I have had. I was reluctant to call and hire someone to do it. After I read online all the reviews I made the choice to call. From the young lady I spoke to on the phone to set up the appointment was really friendly. I got Tiffany today. Tiffany was amazing. She was 2 hours early, she was very friendly and professional. She told me everything she was doing and keeping me informed on the status. She did a wonderful job from what I thought would be maybe 30 minutes to taking a few hours. She was amazing and could not have asked for a more pleasant experience and person. She worked her butt off. Even though I had to pay I absolutely will call again for any service. I will recommend highly to anyone who needs any type of plumbing service. Thank you.

Just used these guys to install a brand new air conditioning system. They were on point from the time we called for a quote until the job was done. We looked at other companies and got other quotes, but the fact that this is a local family owned and operated business could not be overlooked. When we called for a quote we got an immediate response and Matt came out on the scheduled day on time. Their quote was very reasonable and when we confirmed with them that we wanted to move forward they provided a definitive beginning and end date for the project. When it came time to install our system, they arrived on time as scheduled and got to work. Everything went smoothly and they even stayed late to finish the job on time. Their work product was top notch. Not only did they install the AC unit but they also redid our ducts. Matt took the time to explain how the system worked and answered all my questions. When our intake/return grate started rattling a couple days later as a result of the new system (not their fault) Matt came out immediately and came up with a simple fix at no charge. It's rare to find a service company that truly cares about their customers but I feel that First Choice truly does. Skip the hassle of dealing with other flaky untrustworthy companies and give these guys a call.

We came home to water in our garage yesterday. Problem: Broken water heater. Apparently getting 14 years from our old one was good. I researched online, looked at some website and had a number of plumbers come by with for an estimate. We selected 1st Choice Plumbing. There service was great. We are delighted. The price was fair...way lower than the highest bids and they are knowledgable. I didn't feel weird about having them in our home. They did a great job and explained everything. Great Professionals, fair price, they didn't cut corners and nice people.

I had a broken pipe in my home on the second floor that was leaking down into the second floor and kitchen. When many other plumbing companies could not get out in a timely manner (1-4hrs) 1st choice plumbing did. Matt and his crew showed up quickly fixed the leak and did not overcharge. My upstairs bath was ruined by water damage as well as part of the roof in my kitchen. 1st Choice Plumbing was able to help and professionally remodeled my bathroom and kitchen area. Everything they touched looks better than when it started and again reasonable prices. If you want a respectful team of people to get the job done at a fair price I 100% recommend these guys. You will not be disappointed.

Not only is 1st Choice Plumbing the best plumbing company I've dealt with, they are the best company I have ever dealt with. I needed the entire house's plumbing to be repiped. I contacted five different plumbing companies, narrowed it down to two, and went with 1st Choice Plumbing due to my gut after meeting all the companies, and 1st Choice's bid was the only one that clearly defined all work to be done and all the costs involved. Fernando Rojas, (1st Choice Plumbing) from his first visit to my home, to the completion of all the work, is the ultimate professional in making sure everything was done exactly as explained to me, and in the work proposal, with excellent follow-up. Every part of the house where they needed to work from the floor to the furniture was covered, and when the job was done, they cleaned up everything. The two plumbers working on the house repipe, Jaime and Francisco did an excellent job, and it was quite obvious they take a lot of pride in their work. They were timely, professional and their work ethic was outstanding. I couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend 1st Choice plumbing!!!!

As with most service businesses, you get a window, for the appointment, i understand there may be a delay but when that window closes and you find yourself chasing down a rep for answers, break out your blood pressure meds....but not with 1st Choice, you get people you can count on. when there was going to be a slight delay, Michael Rojas communicated and kept me informed, the tech arrived as promised and did a great job installing my sensor activated kitchen faucet and rain shower head and wand, ensuring the quality of work done. Yep, 1st Choice is an appropriate company name, quality of their work and reliability! Definitely my 1st Choice.

Its hard to find genuine honest individuals who actually believe in great customer service and quality of work. 1st Choice explained the issue, provided a quick solution, and ensure the price was right compared to other service providers. I recently had my water heater replaced and they made sure all of the same qualities I was used to was met. I then had a water pipe break just yesterday, they were on site in a couple hours and had the issue resolved before I was home from work. They gave me a great deal and once again exceeded my expectations. If you want fast service, quality of work, honesty, and a company that stands by their work I would highly recommend 1st choice plumbing.

Michael came to my house for a small job. Fortunately, he found another problem that was out of my view, but obvious to him. He was able to fix both projects in less than an hour and the additional cost for the second fix was more than reasonable.

Matthew was very polite and professional. He was on schedule and did great job. He located the leak in my kitchen and bathroom. Replaced the kitchen faucet and fixed the leak in the bathroom. The price was very fair. He even found issues that I wasn’t aware of and left me with an estimate for the next job.
