Matt has been a valuable asset for my family!!! I have referred 1st Choice plumbing to my friends. Matt is very good at his trade, does quality work and has reasonable pricing. It’s a pleasure to write this and recommend his services.

1st Choice plumbing is a professional and down to earth family owned business. The first time my home needed plumbing (over 10 years ago)1st choice plumbing entered our home and immediately they made us feel like we were making the right choice. I always get more than one estimate when it comes to a big project. We discovered a slab Leak after a two weak vacation so coming back home and seeing the damage was hard. However 1st choice plumbing took great care of us and their knowledge to deal with all matters are superb. You can get plumbing assistance from a ton of places but if you want your home or your business taken care of, this is the company you want. I have been using 1st Choice for plumbing repairs and upgrades for 2 years now and am completely satisfied with their work. They are always available for emergencies and always show up on time, complete the work properly, and leave the work area clean and tidy. I have recommended them to my neighbors, and now I recommend them to you as well.

We needed a water leak detection/ shutoff system installed. Michael and Matthew did a great job: modifying the plumbing to add the sensor, and walking me through the WIFI setup. They’re very knowledgeable about plumbing; they pointed out some modifications previous owners had made, which we weren’t aware of. I would definitely call them again.

I’ve used 1st choice plumbing several times through-out the years and they have always been great. I mean top tier. They provide great service and quality craftsmanship. Not to mention they are always very nice and respectful. They don’t waste any time and they do a phenomenal job each and every time! So thank you!

I have used First Choice Plumbing for two complete home renovation projects and most recently to install a whole house filtration system. Mike has done his work with great professionalism and care. I will continue to use FCP for all my plumbing needs.

1st Choice Plumbing re-piped the entire house for me prior to moving in and they did a great job. They were quick to come to the property and provide an estimate and they started work the day after closing. The job was done sooner that I expected even though it was around the Thanksgiving holidays and the cost was exactly the amount they quoted me in the estimate. I would come by the property every day and I could see that the quality of their work was outstanding. When the work was done, I had brand new PEX pipes through the entire house (with copper pipes within a foot of the outlet connectors), brand new shower heads and faucets, a brand new regulator, new laundry connectors, new icemaker, etc, and they also installed new pipes from the city main to the garage. At the end, the dry wall and matching paint looked immaculate and they put back all the dirt they had dug in the front lawn (to get to the pipes) and they put back the grass and everything looks exactly like it was before. They also recommended I replace my really old water heater and they gave me a great price on the labor and parts. The plumbing job passed all inspections and we quickly got a permit from the city.
In addition to the quality of their work, Michael and Matthew are great people and a joy to work with. I'm glad I have met them and I will be calling them in the future for any plumbing and gas pipe issues. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything clearly and they are super nice, friendly, honest, and reliable.

1st Choice Plumbing came to help us twice now for pipe leak. The last time they came, it was pouring rain. Matt and his team drove all the way down from Oceanside to South Bay regardless of the weather to get the pipe leak fixed. We had to get our kitchen restored. It took months for the insurance to resolve the issue. Matt stayed true to his word and helped us get our kitchen back. He had different team of experts from painting, cabinetry, and countertops. They were always on-time, very professional and hard working. They were even ahead of schedule. You could tell that they really took pride of their work-they were detailed oriented just like me! It shows! They care about their customers as if we’re part of their family. They’ve been in business for 18 years! I HIGHLY recommend 1st Choice Plumbing!!! Thank you Matt and team!!!! First I’d like to start out by saying that 1st choice plumbing is Awesome! Everyone is very respectful and very good at what they do! I’ve had a hot water heater installed, a whole A/C and furnace put in and as of lately they did a complete bathroom remodel because I had a shower pan leak from the previous owners trying to DIY the downstairs bathroom and didn’t hot mop it. First choice took care of everything including setting up and scheduling all subcontractors. They were able to work around my schedule and always showed the upmost respect when working at the house. First choice is always looking out for your best interest. They are able to figure out the problem and work with the customer on figuring out the best solution! The expertise and superb customer service you get from First choice is top notch. I will always use and recommend them for any plumbing , heating/Air, and flood & restoration needs! Thank you first choice for being #1 at all you do!!

Aven and his team are not only kind and professional, but also timely with repairs. Aven was able to beat a competitors pricing by about 25% without knowing the original quote. Honesty and integrity would be the words I would use to describe Magnum Plumbing.
