1st Choice plumbing replaced my water heater and added an expansion tank that was needed.

My kitchen floors began to buckle and 1st Choice Plumbing found a water leak under my concrete slab. They rerouted a water line overhead to the kitchen sink and repaired the dry wall needed for access. They also removed and replaced my laminate flooring.

The owners and workers were all easy to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or water damage work to be done. They were very quick and timely with all work along with the cost to be very very reasonable.

My neighbors also had a water leak and they were very happy with their outcome.

We've been working with 1st Choice Plumbing since 2019. The first job was replacing our furnaces. It was A+ work then and A+ work now on the 10th job they've done at our property. From Tankless water heaters to water softeners to back flows to bursting pipes in the yard, we've had a bit of everything handled by them. It's always a pleasure to work with Michael and his team. They are highly recommended.

Matt with First Choice has been a great find. We had trouble with our furnace after a bout of roofing. He found the mis-sized exhaust cap, changed the filter and we had heat again. He was professional, knowledgeable and worked to keep our costs down. We had Matt back to replace our thermostat a few weeks later. Again, he was efficient with his time and ours in purchasing the new thermostat I had researched and installing it. We are very pleased with First Choice's service and fees and if we have need we'll call them again.

Matt was prompt to respond to my request for service for a garbage disposal not working and water heater service. He troubleshot the problem in case it was just jammed and found we needed a new disposal. He took care of getting us the garbage disposal and followed through with methodical installation plus the water heater service. His work ethics, professionalism and knowledge were superb. He created a clean workspace. Amazing service. This is our second time using his services. Highly recommend his company, 1st Choice Plumbing! He gets 10 stars!

Over the weekend I noticed my Halo was system leaking. Although Matt would have come out immediately, I was leaving town for a few days. He gave me instructions until I returned to town and the very day I returned, Matt and Mike came to the house and got things squared away for me. Could not ask for better service. I highly recommend.

Mike was extremely professional, and knowledgeable. He came to a place the valves on our washer and dryer so that we could get a new one. He found some sand and salt and helped guide us to figure out how to fix the rest of our faucets. He was on time, he was courteous, and professionally dressed. I will recommend first choice Plumbing to the rest of my neighbor. Our truck Home has head plumbing issues for the past six years, and this was the first Plummer that we have worked with that has done such a comprehensive job.

1st Choice Plumbing should be your primary plumbing company for your home HANDS DOWN!! I first used them about 7 yrs ago . They installed an entire HVAC (AC/Furnance, duct work) system in my home. They have taken care of my system throughout the years with very minor maintenance upkeep!! Now 1st Choice Plumbing, recently removed my water heater and installed a “QUALITY”Tankless water heater in my home . This company values it’s customers and they take great pride in their work, do the job right the FIRST time!! They use quality parts , NO HomeDepot or Lowe’s products. Their prices are very reasonable compared to major plumbing companies, who advertise through TV commercials and pass on the cost to customers. Not 1st Choice Plumbing, they do their advertisement by their professional work and expertise knowledge of HVAC & plumbing!! They are on time and work til the job is complete and DONE RIGHT for the customer and clean up behind their work!! 1st Choice Plumbing REMEMBER the Name!!
