This is a great company! Zach came out and found all kinds of problems in my old Moble Home. He fixed a lot of them and is going to come back and fix the rest of them. I use this company now for all of my rental properties.

Zach and Rajh came back and repiped the whole rest of my house. It was a big job and they finished in 2.5 days! Just the two of them. They removed piles of old copper, connections, angle stops etc and left the place spotless. Both men worked all day - no talking on the phone. They were professional
,knowledgable and polite.They are a rare breed.

We had a great experience with this company. Arnie was the one that came and gave us the estimate. He was also the one that fixed our leaking pipe, installed the Moen Flo valve, replaced our ball valve and pressure regulator. Their price was reasonable and they give military discount too. Jake was amazing from the initial quotes through the end of the job. I was looking to repair/replace a traditional water heater vs changing to a tankless. He listened to my current and long term home plans, offering different suggestions and thoroughly answering my questions every step of the way. I will continue to call Jake and Mr. Rogers for any plumbing needs in the future.

Nick was professional, friendly and explained in great detail the issue and the cost associated to fix. We have used Mr Rogers Plumbing now twice for two different issues and both times they came same day, fixed the issues and didnt charge a fortune. We are so happy to have been recommended Mr Rogers by a friend when we moved to San Diego!

Half the price of competition no joke. Had my shower cleaned out by some company for $300. Had it done again by these guys and it was $150. I don’t remember my technicians name but she was a Hispanic female and was extremely polite and professional

I’m so appreciative of the responsive and effective plumbing service I received from Mr. Rogers Neighborhood this morning. Xavia was timely, knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and professional. He accurately assessed and addressed the situation—a malfunctioning hose under the sink that connects to the disposal. He remedied and improved the hose connections, tested the system, and thoughtfully cleaned the area. I’m so grateful for the prompt, effective, and reasonably priced service offered by the Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing. They are my ‘go to’ plumbing team!

When our water heater failed, Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing was the only one of 3 nearby plumbers who was available immediately, and was able to install a variety of types of water heaters. Nick arrived on time and was knowledgeable about the options. He was able to get the new water heater installed quickly.

Unfortunately, we had complications after that. We have a Moen Flo - an automatic leak detection/shutoff. With the new expansion tank, which our old water heater didn't have, the Flo system was showing a minor leak, when there was none, and it kept wanting to shut off the water. Mr. Rogers sent out another plumber to diagnose the problem. She couldn't find the problem, despite multiple calls to "her boss." She finally said she would go back to the office and consult with her boss about the problem. We never heard back. We eventually solved the problem ourselves. It turned out to be a faulty pressure regulator.

Had a pesky laundry room drain valve that has always backed up and overflowed. Believed it needed snaking to fix what was normally resolved with drain cleaner. Ended up being a bigger issue than anticipated (huge clog much further down the line plus a busted and leaky drain pipe), but thorough job that was done quickly and professionally. Reasonable rate for over two hours of work and materials to resolve the issue. Nobody else was even available until Monday, so the quick response of ~90 minutes was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

I called Mr. Rogers in the morning for service on my tankless water heater and the tech arrived to my home by1:30pm! Xzavia, the tech, is professional, knowledgeable and we had hot water by 2:30pm. Very thankful they were able to get me scheduled for same day service but even more thankful for their affordable cost!

I was having problems with my approximately eight year old gas water heater not reliably heating the water all day and all night. Xavier came out and analyzed the problem as a faulty thermostat/sensor/ thermocouple system that would cost $1400 to replace. For another thousand dollars I could replace it with a new water heater. He didn't charge for the visit.
I decided to have an electric water heater installed to replace the gas. Xavier came over, removed the old water heater, capped off the gas line, and installed the new tank, which required a bunch of new copper piping and hooking up the 220 volt electric wires. He did the job expertly. And he didn't mind having me looking over his shoulder and asking questions. He's a really nice guy.
I didn't do any price shopping for this job because this company charged me a reasonable price on some previous plumbing work I had done a few months ago. I recommend Xavier and the other plumbers who have done work here, notably Arnie.

How many plumbing problems can a fifty year old house have? A lot. After having Mr. Rogers Plumbing reroute a hot water line due to a slab leak, then replace an aging water heater, another problem cropped up—unable to get consistently hot water, despite the fact that a new water heater had been recently installed. Xavier came out once again and really had to shift into Sherlock Holmes mode to figure out what was going on. It took a while and some experimenting with faucets around the house, but he figured it out. It turned out to be something I never would have guessed possible, a faulty delta-type faucet that even when it was shut off allowed cold water to cross over into the hot water lines.
Talk about unusual! He replaced the faucet and now, voila, the hot water remains hot. Thank you Xavier. I like you a lot, but hope that this is the last time I'll need your services for years to come.

Honest Company. Mr. Rogers found the leak within 15 minutes. He actually found 3 and new exactly what needed to be done. This was a spicket leak underground that affected two buildings. They returned the next day to complete the work. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Brendan, and Thank you Barry for locating the exact spots.

So, happens that the main water shut-off valve was leaking. Seems to beHad corrosion leaking for sometime. Had corrosion around the water pump. Also the handle to turn off also had corrosion. Most likely if I tried to turn it off, it would break off. Looked on Google to find a local plumber and found Mr. Rogers Plumbing. Finding out the company was 15 mins away. Always love to give local business a try. Within a hour of my call to the office, Jake arrived and gave me the reasons for the leak. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise, 15 years experience. I hired him on the spot. He said, I can get the parts and have it replace today! As a woman looking for trust and honesty in their work. What a peace of mind! Give them a try, I'm totally satisfied customer.

She was very nice, professional and stated no problem with the toilet.
I will definitely use your service again. I hope you give reminders? I need the hot water heater on house in front checked in June 2026. Also, I would like to have the same plumber. I did not get her name.
