Of course first hot day of the year my old ac went out and I was looking for a company to call. Falcon answered right away and it seemed John was at my door within minutes and got my dinosaur AC back to life. I know it needs to be replaced but John didn’t push me on that right now but I’ll be calling him soon to replace it. He even gave it a little tune up and cleaning as well

Thought it would be a good idea to get some preventative maintenance done on my AC. John showed up promptly at scheduled time. Wasted no time getting to work and did a full inspection. Even went in the attic to cover all bases, I’ve never had a someone cover so much in one simple visit, really impressed, very knowledgeable. Had to shake is hand on the way out.

The first heat wave that came in of course my AC went out. I called falcon air flow out and they came out within an hour. They fixed my unit that was leaking water and causing the unit not to turn on. He showed me everything and explained exactly what happened, very well spoken and courteous. Also, he wore booties and put a drop cloth down in my home, I will definitely be using falcon airflow in the future. They did a great job and I am very happy. I even joined their maintenance plan that they have to get my AC cleaned out every year.
