John and his team serviced our home for our broken ac. Needed someone to check out the refrigerant levels and lo and behold, we had a pretty obvious leak so we went the route of looking into some options for replacement. John was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the systems before we made a decision. He gave us time and didn't pressure us into a decision. We ended up with a quieter system that actually fit our homes needs.install day came and it went smooth, they were fast and cleaned up everything when done. Overall very happy with the system. If you want a great local option, Falcon is great. They are not the cheapest but they definitely are great at what they do. Pay for what you get. 5 stars all day.

Called for my cousin in California. I usually help her with these kind of things she needed help fast and we called a few different companies and John was the first to get back to me. He showed up the same day and went over the whole ac system it had broken down when the heat was at a peak! We ended up needing a whole new system. John ended up giving me pricing same day. We got a couple other quotes and we ended going with falcon airflow. Next day installation. The whole install went smooth and I was happy. Night and day from what she had. We ended up doing the ducts too and it was worth it for better airflow to the bedrooms. I recommend John with Falcon airflow and he's my go to for my family out that way. We signed her up for the maintenance plan two for 2 cleanings a year to avoid any future issues. Thanks again John for all of your help with my family.

John did an amazing job servicing our HVAC system. Super thorough, clearly knew exactly what needed to be done, what he recommended, and what could wait - no nonsense. When the air conditioner ceases pumping cool air into the house in late July, the most reasonable response is panic – a shot of adrenaline, a finger-dash to your contacts list with all the HVAC guys and girls you know, only to come to an abrupt halt when you remember you don’t know any HVAC guys or girls. Another jolt of adrenaline. You’re sweating already. And then the thought: “cost?”

Panic is appropriate. Hysteria is okay, too.

About two weeks ago, our air conditioner pooped out. It’s mid-July, and my wife and I are suddenly without an air conditioner. I did not panic. I have at hand the business cards of just about everyone at Yeager, HVAC folks who offer “Residential and Commercial Heating and Air Conditioning Services.”

I called immediately: about 7:15 p.m. on a Friday night. No, they had all gone home by that time, but at about 8:15 a.m. Monday morning, Matt called back and said he or his guys would fix the problem. “Call Angela,” he said. “She’ll get you scheduled.”

James was here the next day, Tuesday. Gave us a temporary fix plus bad news: “Sorry, but you going to need a new coil.”

Expensive? About $2k. But we didn’t seek a competitive bid, and here’s why. A few years ago, we had a job that required us to move our HVAC fan from here to there – about 20 feet – so tile guys could repair our patio, a stretch of travertine tiles that a demon Podocarpos tree had made to look like a scene from “Earthquake.” The first company quoted more than $2k. We asked our neighbor, a wise, experienced property manager, whom she might recommend. “Yeager,” she said. “They are very good.” Yeager came back with a bid of $700.

So, our patched air conditioner pumped cool air until Angela could find a coil that fit our AC, and within two weeks, we were set with an A/C that’s running almost like new. And there’s our happily-ended story, the moral of which is: Yeager Heating and Air Conditioning Services provides quick, excellent, reasonably priced HVAC service. Everyone there is friendly and – just good people. Save the jolts of adrenaline for politics.

I am a over the road truck driver (owner operator) and I had a heater problem and I called Yeager. I explained my situation about not being in the state, Yeager said no problem! They were able to fit me in same day, got it going quickly, the service tech "Sly" called me personally and explained what he'd found wrong with the system and got it repaired very quickly! Thank you "Sly" and Yeager for the professional services you provided me! Definitely reccomend Yeager and will use them for future HVAC needs!

It’s rare to find service company as Yaeger. The technician diagnosed the problem and started to fix it. My wife and I were nervous about how much it would cost. It was 350 dollars. The other company recommended replacing the whole HAVC system for $11,000.
