Got a problem go to Yaeger.
Had an older very noisy system with poor air flow to upstairs.
The Yeager team took measurements, and really studied our old system.
They engineered and installed a totally new furnace/ac system including ductwork, high flow registers and a quiet AC compressor.
We now have a quiet backyard,a cool bedroom and really nice system.
We could not be happier with our new system at only a few dollars more that the systems you see advertised in the paper.

The workman who came repaired a carbon monoxide leak the same day that I called. He also gave accurate advice and tried very hard to help me with a completely unrelated problem I was having with my water heater, at no additional expense. I recommend Yaeger highly and will continue to use them myself.

My experience with John Moses and his company was an excellent one. They installed my heating system and replaced my ducts. They were very professional, always on time and honest in all dealings with them. I would definitely recommend this company!

After narrowing contractors to three companies and interviewing them, I selected Yaeger Services to remove my ancient gas furnace and install a heat pump to provide heating and AC. They also removed asbestos-lined ducts and installed new ductwork. At my request they also installed a new access to attic space that was previously inaccessible, which can in handy to install better ducts to the front of the home. They were dissatisfied with the size of the air return so they installed a large opening, which required a bit of work. They also worked diligently to improve the air flow throughout the house and installed a new vent in a small room that lacked one. Overall, they worked very hard to make the installation as good as possible. I was very satisfied.
Since the installation I have had them perform annual maintenance twice and have been satisfied.

We are building a home nearby and renting another home that has been serviced by this company. When I noticed the unit making an odd noise we called for service. I have NEVER been met by such a rude and unhappy person as Angela.

We agreed on the next day at 11 am. I look down to my phone at 9:45 with texts and phone calls, when I call back I am questioned where am I? Well, I'm not home our appointment was for 11. The attitude is insane, how dare I not be home right? Lol. So since they changed our appointment time, I had to give new times. I gave 2-3 hour windows every single day until one was agreed upon on Angela's end. While the conversation could have ended there with her apologizing she had to shift todays schedule and thank you customer for accommodating another day, I was told "I have never met someone that didn't fit us in when it worked for us". WOW!

Angela, maybe it's too far back you don't remember having young kids and their schedules, or the fact that I WORK and my schedule is planned out months in advance, but I feel giving 5 back to back days with 2-3 hour windows is pretty impressive for anyone with a normal life. The bottom line is, Angela seems to be very unhappy, very unpleasant, and I am shocked to have ever been spoken to like this by another adult and especially a business! No adult should have to feel like they need to defend their schedule, and mine was pretty wide open.

I hope Angela can give a much needed apology, it's a shame because building a new home in Villa Park, I can guarantee you she will never have my service and with the amount of people I know in this town I'll make sure to put my humble opinion out there. Be nice Angela, it's not worth it. But if I saved one person having to deal with a grump like you, it was WELL worth my valuable time.

Oh and don't worry - I won't run the unit until it's serviced, as I've been reminded and reassured you 18 times lol

Contacted John to replace my old AC & Furnace and couldn't be happier with the results. He and his team did an initial walkthrough to measure the house and assess what system would fit best for my needs. It wasn't a one size fits all approach, but rather a system that worked for us! The install was quick and easy. The engineers were polite, professional and speedy on their setup. Yaeger Services is highly recommended!

Where do I begin? My neighbor recommended Yaeger Services as my air conditioner went out about a month ago. I called John Moses from Yeager and he was very responsive and pleasant to speak with. He was able to immediately come over and look at my (25 year old) air conditioner. John quickly identified what caused my AC to fail and I requested that he replace the entire compressor and coil units. He set up an appointment at my earliest convenience and I really appreciate his honesty, professionalism and knowledge! The techs that were sent to house and were all very nice, professional, courteous, and efficient. They put down blankets over all of my furniture and carpet to ensure that no debris would affect my house and they even vacuumed afterwards! They were able to complete the entire job within a couple of hours. My new AC is wonderful and I am more than pleased that I hired Yeager. Follow up: Mr. Curt Yeager and John Moses came to my house a few days after the install to make sure everything was done to satisfaction. Stafford Heating and AC in my opinion are the best. Setting an appointment, keeping their arrival time, and very informative regarding the issues I needed for the installation of my new unit. Michael also installed my Nest thermostat and was very patient in teaching me the instructions.

He substantially over quoted what the actual job cost. He also left jumper cables attached to the control board of my heating / AC unit after his diagnostic service. I found them after he left. I sent him a photo showing the jumper cables still attached . I paid for diagnostic services, which did not produce a truthful result. My witness to all of this is the tenant who rents the property having the HVAC unit that needed service.

This company came highly recommended from a good friend of mine with a similar sized home. We recently purchased a home with an antiquated HVAC system. Not only was it old, it had been tampered with by the previous owner to help keep the second floor cool. Long story short, they swapped condensers for the 3 ton and 4 ton units. Michael noticed this immediately during the consultation. This definitely gave me confidence in his knowledge and expertise.

It was a big job, and it was completed in 2 days. The crew was professional, timely, considerate, and clean. The old units were removed with consideration, and the new units were neatly installed. A new intake was installed upstairs to work with the existing intake on the other side of the home to increase coverage and efficiency. The downstairs intake was made larger, but still fits the space appropriately.
Our new HVAC system is amazing. It’s works so well, and now every room in my 5 bedroom house is comfortable. The new condensers run ultra quiet also, which is very much appreciated.
I haven’t needed any support since the system went in, but I’m confident I’d be taken care of if needed.

The gentleman who came out to my home was very professional respectful. He had booties over his shoes without being told to put those on. He took his time explaining everything he was going to do and did an excellent excellent job. I highly recommend them. As well, they were quick to come out on the same day that I made The initial phone call

They were contacted to remove and replace ducts in our house, after realizing that the air was not flowing evenly and some dust was persistent in our house which made it obvious that the old ducts were deteriorated. The team came in time, discussed the process of changing, and removed the old ducts meticulously before installing the new ones. They did good work, and left nothing untidy. When the replacement is made, the airflow is even, the air is fresher and our HVAC system works much more efficiently. This service is well worth calling in case your ductwork is old or is damaged.
