Amazing experience and can’t thank Jeff enough. He came within 30 minutes of me calling at 830pm and was extra quiet while my kids were sleeping. He’s very knowledgeable about HVAC repair and very friendly. He also has a great membership program that makes his services more affordable.

Really appreciate Jeff coming after hours to checkout the furnace. He was patient and personable and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use this company and Jeff again.

My parent’s air conditioning unit was over 20 years old and broke down during a heat wave in Anaheim. I called Jeff and his team ( Kelani and Jose) responded right away. They were able to diagnose the issue and give me options and fair pricing. We ended up replacing the whole unit and they got the job done within one day. My wife and I had just returned from a very cold trip to Chicago. The place we stayed had a power outage and the heater was not working. We returned home on a Sunday only to find out that our heater was not blowing out hot air. I contacted One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Keep in mind that this was a Sunday, Jeff and Jose showed up within the promised time frame and promptly diagnose the issue and got us up and running in no time. We felt that the pricing was surprisingly Fair considering it was on a weekend. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for great service and honest pricing.

I can’t say enough good things about One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Orange. Jeff showed up on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and had our Heater back up and running within the hour. He even took the time to check our filters and gave us a few tips to improve efficiency. Great experience all around — they’ve earned a lifelong customer.

Jeff & Jose were AMAZING! They were working on a neighbor’s system and my mom went to ask a quick question about a buzzing noise she was hearing on her thermostat. After they completed their work next door they came over and looked at everything for her. They weren’t kidding when they said “One Hour”. Jeff was able to figure out the issue and find a solution within an hour. He gave us information about possible future issues and the recommended life of the unit. And on top of that, he was reasonably affordable.

Jeff was absolutely incredible. He not only tried everything he could during the diagnostic to fix my unit before having to replace anything, but he assured me that if the replacement did not fix the problem, that he would put the cost towards Final total for a new unit. Nobody does that!!!
