I called Specialty Air after I had a different company come out here and tell me I needed a new AC. My AC was only 8 years old so I Immediately called Specialty Air for a second opinion. They repaired my AC immediately and the tech was so polite. Will definitely reccommend them to anyone.

These guys are great. Very honest and thorough. Even cleaned up afterwards and left no trash or debris. We put in a new furnace and AC and even paid less than the original estimate. I recommended Specialty Air to one of my best clients for a large server room/data center project and my client was very happy. A week after the work was completed I had the occassion to see their work while I was working in that same room and was very impressed by the clean detailed installation. The room was certainly cool as well. I will be recommending Jay and Specialty Air again to my clients as well as for my own house.

We decided to replace our 25 year old heating and air system as well as install completely new duct work and after reading great reviews, called up Specialty Air, Inc. The customer service from day one was excellent. We received a call back to schedule a site visit and quote almost immediately. Their fees were very reasonable and were all explained up front for each of the different aspects of the job and there were no surprises later. Once they started the work, all of the installers were incredibly professional and very fast considering the amount of work that needed to be done. They were very mindful of dust and after each day of work, they left our house cleaner than we normally keep it ourselves. We received top of the line equipment, which has so far cut our electric bill by more than half even though it's been hotter outside and we now keep our house colder than we used to. Most importantly, we received top of the line service. Jay kept in contact with us throughout the whole process and was there at the final inspection with the city inspector to make sure everything was completed as promised. He really makes sure that his customers are 100% satisfied and we definitely are.

Jeff and Joseph came out and replaced all my old ducting this week. They are so polite and always on time. It was a pleasure to have them work on the house. They are professional and do quality work. Specialty Air also replaced my furnace five years ago and it has been working great. I think their pricing is fair and I would always go back to them and highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Couldn’t be happier with the new furnace. The guys were fast and efficient. And they cleaned everything up looks great!!

Jeff, the owner, personally came out for a late-night service call. He was polite and seemed nice, but I left feeling completely gouged. The service call fee was $199, which I expected. However, without any discussion, he installed a capacitor and then charged me $493 just for that part—bringing the total to $692.

The problem? That exact capacitor costs only $20–30 at AC Pro (I shop there myself). When I pointed this out, Jeff admitted it but shrugged it off, saying, “Well, that’s my price.” If that’s the case, why not just charge $1,000 or $2,000?

I asked for a breakdown, but there was no real justification for such an extreme markup. It felt like I was taken advantage of because it was late at night and I needed the repair.

Bottom line: Nice guy, but unfair and predatory pricing. I cannot recommend this company, and I would warn others to get a quote or breakdown in writing before allowing any parts to be installed.

Great company to work with! They were on time quick and easy to work with and Jeff the owner was very fair and honest! I highly recommend them!

These guys were fantastic! Steven and Robert came out on a holiday weekend when my heat went out. Steven quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and advised me on how to prevent future problems. They even changed my filter for me. I will definitely use them again if I need help with heating and cooling.

I'm so pleased with our technician, Jeff. He came over the same morning we called. He was friendly, professional and got the job done, and not to mention the price was very reasonable! I highly recommend using his service.

We had an urgent AC issue around 10pm and needed to get our nursery room temperature way down for our newborn. Jeff was responsive right away and talked through our options on the phone. He suggested a much more affordable option that would fix our issue quickly. I can’t recommend Jeff enough, he was very willing to offer advice and assistance. Very professional and would definitely call Jeff back with any AC troubles in the future.

These guys were really prompt and truly provided immediate service. Even though it was a holiday Jeff replied promptly and Kalani was there in less than an hour and had me up and running and I did not have to deal with one more day of blazing heat. 10 stars if I could. Heater went out with our newborn baby in the house. I messaged them at 11:30 on a Saturday night with a response not even 10 minutes later offering to come out immediately. Jeff the owner came out the next day Sunday AM with some recommendations. Jose the Sr tech troubleshot the system and identified a few potential issues from the previous company that did the install on my newer system. 2 hours later we were up and running all at a fair price. Look no further than these guys.

Got in contact with Jeff he sent Jose within the time frame he specified. Jose came and looked at the issue and solved it in less than one hour after discussing the options with me. Would definitely contact them if need be as they were fast and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them.

Spoke with Jeff this afternoon regarding our heating unit, which is not starting, and he personally came to inspect the unit 3 hours later. He was very honest, diagnosed the problems, and will be back to fix the unit. Very impressed with his professionalism. 5 Stars.
