After a week of no heat I called Jeff and after doing some diagnostics, he came up with a great plan to save my old heater and gave me a great price to replace my hvac when necessary as mine is over 40 years old. He is very informative and polite. I highly recommend One Hour Heating and AC.

Friendly and professional. Service was completed within an hour. Called out for dryer vent check. Duct was disconnected. The team reconnected it and cleaned the tube as well. Will definitely call again if I need help. By the way, their on-time guarantee is legit.

Jeff of One Hour Heating was amazing! He came within the hour and the rates are extremely reasonable. He was easy to talk to and fixed the problem fast even if my wall heater unit is as old as the original Starship Enterprise.

I needed an Ecobee thermostat installed, definitely beyond my skill level. Jeff answered my call immediately and offered to come out the same day or the next. He and Jose arrived on time and completed the installation quickly and professionally.

I had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. The owner, Jeff, and technician, Kalani, were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my heating and AC maintenance and safety inspection.
While they were here, I mentioned that my back tenant was having an issue with their tankless water heater even though it wasn’t part of the scheduled service, they went out of their way to take a look and fix the problem. That level of customer care really stood out.
It was my first time using them, and I really appreciated how easy the scheduling process was and the automatic reminders letting me know when the technician would arrive.
I highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service!

Jeff and his team were absolutely awesome. They came out and made sure everything regarding our HVAC system was running smooth and even replaced our air filter. Kalani was even kind enough to help replace one of our recessed lightbulbs that could only be reached with a super long ladder. They went above and beyond, couldn’t be more satisfied with their services (see photo!!!).

I manage a few small shops… I have been struggling to find a reliable HVAC company to help me take care of the ACs for years, I have tried 6-7 different companies, they all disappeared me, until I come across One Hour Hearing & Air. They are super efficient, so far I already used them for 3 of the shops; even its a small business, our customers could be pretty aggressive if our AC are down, One Hour always save the day. I love they being straightforward, not lead me to fixing something that I not have to. One of the shop has more serious problems, they be able to explain what is the issue, give me temporary fix options and more thorough fix option with straight forward pricing, so I can make a very knowledgeable decision based on the finance situation. Their crew is always punctual and professional, I will for sure continue using their services. Highly recommend One Hour!

Jeff and Ian were great and friendly! Arrived on time and were transparent and efficient with the job. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and they cleaned up after. New heat and A/C works great. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
